Restored my faith in online purchasing. I has recently had to cancel my card due to being defrauded online so was super vigilant checking reviews etc but when I ordered I was still cynical. Proved wrong is an understatement . Not only was the watch fabulous with a warranty as thick as a Bible and delivered on tracked service but the owner emailed me to check I had it and was happy with it and to tell me how to get my extended warranty or return if I was unhappy. Next level customer service never buying a watch anywhere else 😍

I'm sorry to hear that you received your item late.
I can see that your order was placed on Cyber Monday and due to the large volumes of orders we received, it was delayed by one day. I can only apologise for this and can assure you that it's not typical of the service we offer.
Each item is manually checked before it's dispatched, so its very unusual for our customers to receive a faulty watch. However, I will contact our fulfilment centre to ensure that the checks are being correctly implemented.
Furthermore, I have also contacted our refunds department to help expedite your refund.
