The Tech Outlet Recensioni

Perfect, good shop online, very good service

I wanted a new laptop as my old computer was well past its sell buy date. Did some research and looked at lots of reviews and this company had fantastic reviews. I contacted them and asked about the specification I wanted they were really helpful and gave me very good advice. Ordered a laptop came two days later and it is excellent. Very fast and looks like brand new for a fraction of the price. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Very pleased with the product and service.
The laptop was well packed and delivered within the time stated. Would recommend.

Excellent service and knowledge.
Installed Windows 11pro before deliver as requested. Top marks.

Well packaged speedy delivery
SSD makes a difference

Superb service from TTO.
Wanted to update my pensioner laptop but didn't much fancy the current prices for new equipment. Checked out a number of possible suppliers and liked what I saw about these folk.
Not disappointed! Purchased Dell Inspiron which was hard to tell from brand new when it was delivered.
It was described as having a "light patch" on the screen and, if I had not been told it was there, I would not have noticed.
Would have absolutely no hesitations in buying again.

Needed to replace my old Windows 7 with something more up to date but without paying too much.
I was wary of buying 2nd hand, thinking I might be buying someone else's problems, but after a month of use it's all good.
A few surface scratches on the top outer cover, but the rest is like new.
Quick delivery.
From my experience I'd recommend buying from Tech Outlet.

Very pleased with the refurbished laptop. Came on time as described and fired up in a flash. Would highly recommend and use again.

Thank you

Easy to order, laptop looks like new, rapid response to enquiries. Asked for upgrade to Win 11, no hassle. Very quick delivery only 2 days. Much newer machine than other similar sites
Overall delighted with purchase would definitely recommend you check them out

Got myself a Refurbished & Upgraded Dell Latitude back in July last year, laptop has been brilliant, the customer service on the website was excellent too, really fast reply when I asked about the laptop availability in stock, will definitely use the site again, highly recommend.

Stunning customer service, there’s clearly real people dealing with these web orders, who can take care of any special requests with ease. The item was delivered exactly when requested and they even helped sort out my numpty software issues because I’m a techtard and I don’t know how windows 11 works! I bought a refurbished PC and it’s streaks ahead of the brand new one I bought six months ago from the same manufacturer. It boots up immediately and does as it’s told as soon as you click a button. I’m not used to such response times! I’m already planning to buy my next refurbished machine in the very near future. Wish I’d come across these guys sooner - they deserve all the stars I can give x

What a great business. I managed to mess up my Windows environment on the notebook they supplied and they spent a lot of time trying to help me get it sorted. In the end I sent it back and they rebuilt with Win 10 as I requested and back to me within a couple of days.

Had reason to speak to someone, very helpful. Very fast delivery, well packaged. Laptop as new, very smooth although still finding my way around it. Excellent purchase. Would recommend.

Great engagement and comms. Good product, exactly as described. Good delivery service too

Customisation of laptop, I wanted a bigger ssd, which was installed for me, prompt delivery and as described

Description of the product was well presented and a review link included. Order was easy, delivery was tracked and fast.

Excellent service from my first call to delivery.
Spent some time speaking to Ben on line about specs and nothing was too much trouble.
Ordered a refurbished Dell Latitude 5420 with upgraded 32GB RAM.
Delivered as promised and I am delighted.

Good quality product, backed up by prompt service and helpful replies to queries raised. UPS let the side down by not delivering on the day promised, which caused problems
