Highly recommend
I've just completed the September 23 wave and in a nutshell this is a absolutely fantastic plan! That's basically because it works! I stuck to the food plan 100% and lost 1 and a half stone. Yes it takes commitment and motivation but it is the first plan that has worked for me in a very long time. Key is preparation, I did 2 shakes, 2 meals and 2 snacks a day and this worked the best for me. Support is brilliant, nothing is an issue, Scott makes sure of that! Highly recommend :)

A plan that really works with no gimmicks.
I had my doubts at first, but this is really an amazing programme that if you stick to the plan it works.
The Six Pack Revolution has beaten all the other diets plans hands down (and I have tried many) by reducing weight, blood sugar (insulin) and improved fitness and mental well being along with body strength.
You get one to one coaching and support from a massive online group that is alway there 24/7.

A great experience
You do loose weight. You have people coaching and motivating you. I did not find it particularly difficult to do but I have self discipline and thats an asset. It's also a life changing experience

Amazing programme
Amazing programme, lost weight, completely changed my perspective on food and drink, brilliant support from all the team, food plans and exercises that are suitable for everyone, can't wait to do the next one!

Always a great program
Always a great program. I had great support and enjoyed the journey. However I’ve been very stressed at work and it did not help me at all. My willpower was not very strong this time. I hope it will be better next time round xxx thank you SPR TEAM

Six Pack Revolution - it should have 6 stars!
I was a bit dubious to begin with to be honest - mainly regarding the exercise element as I constantly get injured but the support and advice within this programme was amazing. It is a reasonably strict programme if you've been eating rubbish for as long as I was but really it is going back to basics and eating good, clean, non-processed foods. The facebook groups are constantly busy which I found helped keep me going. Challenges issued regularly to keep pushing you along the way. I would 100% recommend anyone try this programme. What have you got to lose? Daily coach support, regular zoom meetings with Scott himself. Go for it, you won't regret it!

A life changing program
This was truly a life changing experience. I had tried everything you can possibly imagine to lose weight, stay healthy and feel great again. A friend recommended this program and I decided to give it a try. Best decision I've made in my life!!!! Losing over 30Lbs and 5+ inches of stomach. I'm coming back for a 2nd round to finish the job!!!! A huge thanks to SPR for this program. It's truly amazing what you can achieve in only 75 days.

A life changing experience
Amazing programme with ‘round the clock’ support from fantastic coaches. Definitely not for the faint hearted but the results are life changing, an amazing experience, highly recommend. I’ll definitely be doing another ‘wave’ in March

Requires commitment and dedication but a brilliant experience
This was my 2nd Six Pack Revolution wave and it's just the most brilliant thing: you will receive guidance, motivation and support. It's so much fun too: please don't get me wrong, there is A LOT OF HARD WORK involved too and you must be very organised and fully committed to the program to see the best results but I can promise you it's so worth it in the end. I have finally seen the changes in my fitness and body shape that have eluded me for so long. I have signed up for another wave in January 2023 and can't wait to get started. Thanks to the coaches, assistant coaches and other participants for being so brilliant.
