We've opened a small family business, our sales representative Declan H gave us an initial quote over the phone and met us in person a few days later. Great salesmen, he sorted out 2 new card readers for us on some good rates.

Was contacted by 'The Redwood Group' in connection to a change of tenancy in the building i just moved into with my new business venture and i am so glad i chose to switch with them rather than the numerous other companies that contacted me at a similar time to moving. James Bethell was a great help and i am very happy with the prices provided to me.

Was contacted about setting up a new card terminal by Declan from the Redwood group. It was a simple application and arrived in a timely manor. He then stated the group offer other merchant services such as; utilities, broadband and even merchant cash advances! So easy to have everything with one company! Was an absolute pleasure from the first phone call! Would recommend these guys to any business!

Spoke to James Bethell with regards to moving my gas and electric over from British Gas as was paying over the odds on my monthly bills. James was very helpful and was an asset to the company - making it all very easy to understand and had a lot of patience with my problems. Would highly recommend

Was called by callum who was fairly new to the company. Really helpful and was well mannered. Everyone I dealt with from the group was excellent as they have all merchant services under one roof! Excellent after sales support and easy application. Can't recommend them enough!

Spoke to Aaron regarding changing gas and electric, no clue what I had to do but he helped every step of the way massive help and top guy!

After being dubious of using a business we have never used before we then had a with jo who helped us from start to finish! She Saved us a bomb on transaction fees and was very professional!
