Poor customer service
Recieved an email to state my delivery would be with me the next day or a few days. However a week later I am still waiting on my delivery. Emailed the email address and no one has got back to me.

Have not received my ordered items.
I am not sure why am I being asked to do a survey when I have not even received the item.
I tried to send an email to the merchant which has bounced back.
Now sent a message through their website.

Very quick delivery. Items refunded without hassle.
One minus point, my name was left off the delivery details on the package, but did get it in the end.

Disappointed
Bought goods through Wowcher. Used voucher on 25th June - 5 days delivery. July 5th email to say goods have been dispatched. 11th July emailed supplier to say goods have still not been received. Received email 12th July to say goods have been dispatched and should be with you in the next day or so. Unacceptable customer service!!!!!!

Website easy to navigate around and to purchase from.
