Sometimes people may give there concent without understanding what it is. This is not fair. You will be effected badly to go to the hell. 😡😡

Scammers. Through a payment to an alternative service, they subscribe you to their fake company and steal your bank account.

Ive had the same experience of accidentally signing up for this scam.
I phoned my bank (Lloyds) who have been v helpful and stopped the subscription - so I will not be making any more payments.
Am working with their 'disputes' team to Geta refund on the payment that has already been taken but that's prob more difficult.
