Have had a great experience renting with The Personal Agent. Becky has made sure to assist us with any problems in a timely manner and has been extremely helpful.

Natasha from the Epsom branch looked after me when I moved my Mum out of her flat to live with me and let her flat. The live was very complicated and stressful and Natasha went above and beyond to provide me with support and help make the flat ready to let. She and her team found excellent tenants in record time and mad the whole process smooth.

I have received timely reminders of upcoming deadlines and my requests have been promptly actioned.

I had an excellent experience with this estate agency at Banstead while selling my property. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.

John Ryan and Mark Floyd were always prompt in responding to any questions or resolving any issues that arose, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. At the end of the tenancy, Stephanie really went the extra mile. She took the time to speak to the landlord and explain why it wouldn’t have been fair to make deductions from the deposit, as the property wasn’t professionally cleaned and the garden wasn’t tidy when Bree moved in. Thanks to all her hard work, Bree is now getting her full deposit back.

It’s been such a pleasure dealing with someone who is so professional but also kind, understanding and easy to talk to. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.

Becky Moore ( property management lady) she is an adorable women who helped us when we were in a stressful condition.

She did help and supported us in resolving the flooding issues in my flat, as well as arranging for the ceiling repair after it fell off. She kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to my concerns, and worked hard to ensure everything was dealt with as quickly as possible even multiple out of hours call outs and late working nights to ensure it was resolved.
Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate all her efforts and the excellent service she provided.
