I’m extremely happy to have taken out another mortgage with The Mortgage Works. They have been excellent from start to finish and are genuinely helpful and professional.

A special thank you to Jake Scane, my mortgage adviser. Jake was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which made a potentially complicated process feel very straightforward.

Jake is a real credit to The Mortgage Works and, without a doubt, deserves a promotion! His customer service was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser.

I would highly recommend Richard Buttling. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole mortgage process and made everything feel straightforward and much less stressful.

I had a financial adviser when I arranged my previous mortgage, but honestly, I really didn’t feel that I needed one this time around. Richard was knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions and explain things whenever I wasn’t sure about something.
