very poor service
very poor service, living in a property that the letting co. run is rather frustrating because when trying to get issues fixed is timely and I struggled getting simple answers from them. there is no pride in the property I was in and certainly felt like if anything needed doing they didn't care and they wanted for me to do it myself. health and hygiene is no concern as reporting the smell of drugs in the building was not even raised as an issue also the quality of dumping rubbish was a big concern as the security gate was suppose to have a lock the word security basically means come dump rubbish here to this company, there is nothing safer than when a security gate isn't locked. over all poor service from this company.

Thank you for you review - we're very sorry you weren't happy during your stay at the apartment.
Unfortunately, as a letting agency we have no powers over the communal areas or anywhere in the building other than inside your apartment. Anything outside your individual flat would be for the block management company, which is a third party company separate to us employed to maintain the building and external grounds. They are responsible for everything mentioned in your review including the security of the building, gates and smell of drugs (which would ultimately be a matter for the police and potentially the council if this is an ongoing anti-social behaviour issue within the local area).
In this instance, we appreciate the quality expected from a block management company fell short and appreciate your frustration completely. After many failed attempts from our side to have the block company resolve the external matters, we felt the building didn't reflect the safety and hygiene standards we expect as an agency either; we therefore contacted the environmental health department of the local council to intervene, and handed the management of the apartments back to the owner.
Regarding repairs within your apartment (the area we do manage), I have looked into everything reported by you throughout your tenancy and it appears that all were fixed within days of being reported. The postbox lock was replaced within 2 days, the kitchen mixer tap was replaced within 2 days and the boiler ignition repaired was replaced within 24 hours.
We of course greatly appreciate and value your feedback though. We have made numerous attempts to contact you to discuss the review and any feedback we can forward onto the block management company, but have not heard from you. If you wish to discuss the matter further please don't hesitate to contact us on 0845 838 2890.
