I’ve booked a villa for a family celebration next year. I found the information on the website to be well presented.
Both Richard and Christina were very helpful in responding to questions and provided the reassurance I needed to make my booking.

We had a very special family birthday…
We had a very special family birthday celebration at Villa Ponti Bellavista for a week. The Lake Garda Villa Company was very responsive and helpful from helping us complete the booking and then throughout our stay. The Villa was the perfect size for 11 of us aged 91 to 2 1/2. It had stunning views and was well situated. We had a fantastic chef and his wife for the entire week so the meals were delicious. I would definitely recommend Lake Garda Villa Company as a resource for finding a villa in the Italian lake district.

As a guest coming from Brazil, I found the booking process with The Lake Garda Villa Company to be exceptionally smooth and efficient. The team has been incredibly responsive and attentive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly.
The website offers clear and detailed information, which made it easy to choose the right accommodation for our winter holiday in the Italian Alps.
Although my stay is still ahead, I already feel confident and well supported. I look forward to experiencing the property — and will gladly share more after my trip!

We had a lovely visit. The villa was perfect for our multiple family units with different areas for each family. The concierge was very helpful and prompt with her responses, however one of the kitchen units was not properly stocked with equipment. The dinners with Chef Josephine were wonderful.

Efficient and helpful
Communication with the Lake Garda Villa company was prompt and helpful, and all our questions were answered. We had a great holiday - Villa Mansarda/Malcesine was in a lovely spot and was very comfortable. The owner was on hand and let us stay late on our final day, which was much appreciated. They could invest in some new towels, though!

Villa Cavallino Nero
Largely disappointed with both the villa and the information provided before the rental. There was no air conditioning in the main living area of the villa, despite being advertised as air conditioned. In 30 plus degrees, this made it almost unusable - certainly not comfortable. There was no cleaner all week (unusual for a villa rental) - and a very oppressive bin regime for putting different materials out on different days in different coloured containers. Minor point, but the TV had no British programming. The main disappointment though was that despite checking ahead of time that there was places to eat and drink within walking distance - there weren’t. Overall pretty disappointing.

Hello Mark and thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed that your stay wasn't to the level that both you and us expected. We take great care to ensure that all the information provided is accurate. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only and is shown on the description of the home.
We understand that you feel extra cleaning should have been provided during your stay. Please let us know if one of our team told you that it would be. I have checked your confirmation and it is not showing that housekeeping is included unfortunately.
With regards to rubbish, the disposal system in place is standard in Italy.
We understand that there are no British programs in Italy. British services are now only available within the UK.
We know the area well and as communicated to you, there are in fact a number of restaurants within 1km / 15 minute walk of the home, as well as the small village. We're disappointed that you feel the information we provided was misleading in any way. We would have happily given you some directions if you had contacted us.

Rustico on The Lake
The villa that we stayed in was immaculate and felt like a boutique hotel. It has been renovated to a very high standard. The owners welcomed us very warmly and were careful to be sure that we felt at home. It was one of the prettiest locations on Lake Garda, superb for enjoying the lake which is just a few feet away. Really enjoyed our holiday there, and Lake Garda Villa Company did a great job with the admin and making sure all the arrangements were well made.

An awesome holiday for all!!
Villa Pirandello is an absolutely wonderful property!! Great location; stunning views; super layout and furnishings; and excellently equipped!! Our entire group of eight had a superb time. With its own pool, table tennis table and books - there was something to keep everyone occupied. It was an easy walk from Benaco and with walks for those who enjoy them. The vistas from the terrace were beautiful and staggering!!
All in all, awesome!!

Villa was spacious and very clean
Villa was spacious and very clean, if not a little tired and in need of some TLC. Pool was a great addition and good location for Bardolino centre. We had a couple of electrical outages but agency responded quickly to resolve.
