Poor customer service
Got told that I changed my mind and didn’t receive a coin. Which is now a bloody inconvenience to get. Had to follow up on it countless times to actually find out why I didn’t receive it. And am still waiting to find out if I’m going to get this coin a month after the fact.. I won’t be buying from this company again.

I had ordered the FIFA coin with the…
I had ordered the FIFA coin with the Batman free coin and coin holder. When I received my package the FIFA coin was placed inside the Batman cover and when I opened the folder the FIFA coin was out of the card it comes with with cardboard the FIFA coin came with bend and wrinkled. Disappointed because it supposed to be a collector’s items for me since I volunteered for the World Cup
