Good Customer Service
I purchased a monitor for £372 which qualified for £18 cashback. This was declined via a cashback site and later explained that the merchant had refused it. I contacted IT Bay regarding this and they explained there had been a processing error and they agreed to offer the cashback directly. The response from customer service was prompt and I received a very fair outcome. I would feel confident ordering from The IT Bay in the future.

Excellent service and good value
Bought a monitor - very good value compared to prices elsewhere. Excellent service - ordered late afternoon and it arrived promptly the next morning. All communications have been helpful and prompt. I had not come across this company before, but very happy to recommend them after my own good experience.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I ordered a laptop with a custom memory upgrade. There were delays because of the chip shortage, nothing IT Bay could do about it. What made the difference was the regular updates from Hannah Armstrong that kept me constantly informed on the progress. Superb support for the customer - before and crucially after the sale.

It was really easy to research different laptops I was interested in. All the specs were easy to find and compare. The prices were very good. I was browsing the site for a new laptop and the chat box that popped up (and I would normally ignore) was Jacob, confirming he was a real person. So I typed my enquiry in and he asked some really pertinent questions about what I needed it for and went away and put a quote together for me. The customer service was excellent, I was really pleased with the price and Jacob was so helpful. It was the perfect hybrid between online shopping and going into a physical shop. Really happy.

Excellent Overall
I purchased a couple monitors and a hub from The IT Bay for work. They despatched the items extremely quickly and everything arrived well packaged and in great new condition. Their customer service was extremely helpful in providing an invoice for my order. Will use them again in the future.
