We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. The best company for silicone wristband especially for the larger wrist. They do a 8.25" one which is perfect . Not too big or small. Super delivery. 5*.

Kaitlin gave excellent support and advice in helping me choose the appropriate band and in getting the relevant information on to it. The band arrived the following day.

Clear and precise lettering
I ordered a medical band for my mum in law. She was really pleased with it. Lettering clear and easy to read. She liked it so much she wanted another one in a different colour. Service on both occasions was very quick. Easy to place orders and very good communications. Thanks.

ID band looks good, fits well, fast delivery
Absolutely delighted with my ID band. Looks great on and has the necessary information about my medical needs in case of an emergency. Ordered a 18cm band in blue that is a perfect fit. I received my band today having ordered only 3 days ago so delivery was fast. Very happy customer. I recommend.

I have bought medic bands from this…
I have bought medic bands from this company a few times and have been very happy with the product. Only needed replacing after many years of wear and tear. . Only thing annoys me is the emails received requesting a review dating back to a day or 2 after purchase. I only received the bands today june 8th 2026 which is why I didn't reply to review. . It did take a bit of time to get to me . Other than that its a good service

Not recommended. No goods delivered. Tech issues and poor customer service.
Spent £70 on two engraved ID’s.
Never received any confirmation Email and never received the goods.
When I called to chase the order, they advised that the first line of my address was missing from the address.
Also no Email was sent.
Despite two technical issues with the order, not of my doing, no support or action to rectify was offered.
I understand tech issues can happen but at least recognise that & put it right.
Now having to pursue a refund through my bank.
Terrible first and last experience. Not recommended at all.

The response below highlights the terrible customer service I’ve received. I have never received any Emails from you. I took a picture of the screen when the order was placed as I always do with all online orders, hence how I know the number & am more than happy to prove that.
The fact the two separate technical issues occur (emails not being sent & my address having parts removed) at the same time & somehow you make it all out to be my fault is simply untrue.
I can accept this was a blip in the system, that stuff happens, but your response has now become more of an issue.
I dispute that my reflection is incorrect. I hope that it’s a rare and freak occurrence but don’t try to dismiss it just because you don’t like it.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience; however, several points in your review are incorrect.
Your order was dispatched to the delivery address you entered during checkout. Immediately after placing your order, a confirmation email was automatically sent and successfully delivered to the email address provided. This email clearly displayed the delivery address entered on the order. We have records confirming that this email was sent and delivered approximately two minutes after the order was placed.
A dispatch email was also subsequently sent, again showing the delivery address exactly as entered during checkout. We also have records confirming the successful sending of this email, including the date and time.
It is therefore incorrect to state that no confirmation email was sent. In fact, when you contacted us, you were able to provide your order number, which is only available within the confirmation and dispatch emails that were sent following your purchase.
As with all online orders, we dispatch to the address details provided by the customer at checkout. Nevertheless, during our conversation we advised that if the parcel was returned to us due to the incomplete address, we would resend it to the corrected address at our expense, despite the addressing error not originating from our side.
We appreciate that delivery issues can be frustrating, but we do not believe this review fairly reflects the facts of the situation or the assistance that was offered.

Best silicone band ever
I have ordered bracelets / bands from other places but the silicone band is brilliant. I'm a nurse so forever washing my hands, with the other bracelets they get wet & smelly when they were material plus they were heavy & uncomfortable. This is perfect & fits my tiny wrist as well

This is the second time I’ve bought an SOS product from the ID Band Company (the first time was 16 years ago 😮), and the quality is superb.
