We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. If there are any products you think we should also be selling please let us know.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found the fitting instructions difficult to follow, and we appreciate that both you and your watchmaker struggled with them.
This is actually one of our most popular watch bands, and many customers fit them successfully, but we do understand that it isn't straightforward for everyone.
As discussed with our team over the phone, we're happy to make the band up to the correct size for you. Simply send the band back to us, together with your wrist size or finished band length you require, and we'll adjust it and return it to you ready to wear.

Very fast delivery and the bracelet is good with very clear engraving. I really struggled to do it up though and I should have gone for a slightly larger size (15mm more) disappointed that there were no extra links included but perhaps the design I chose doesn't enable an extra link to be retro fitted. My husband has managed to fit a link from his fishing link stuff.

It was difficult to find a bracelet big enough for my husbands wrist, but the ID Company came up trumps. It looks good as well and protects him if he becomes unconscious

Waste of money not fit for purpose
the clasp is very awkward I cannot undo it in an emergancy the emergancy services would have difficulty which defetes the object.
This is not ideal so it was a waste of money

We're sorry to hear you are having problems undoing the clasp. The clasp on the bracelet is a flip clasp, if you pull it up it will undo. Please contact our customer services team and they will be happy to send you a video if needed.
Great company for ID medical bracelets.
Great company, I ordered a Ladies leather platted bracelet in pink, this being my 6th medical bracelet since 2009. I would not use any other company, this bracelet is very feminine, with essential medical information on reverse of ID plate. The ID Band company is highly recommended. Very fast delivery. Thank you once again, with many thanks.
