Couldn’t recommend THST enough! Everything from arriving to the hotel, having the operation, after care, transport to hotel and to airport went so smoothly! Everyone is so caring and lovely! Always have a smile on their faces and nothing is ever a problem! Any questions you have they answer, no need to ever worry about anything! I am happy leaving knowing I was looked after to the highest standards.

Can’t rate THST high enough!
From being collected at Antalya airport to being picked up from the hotel was seamless.
When my travel companion and I arrived to the hospital in the early hours of the morning on the 12th of September we where greeted by the lovely Fatma who showed us to our room and gave us a quick explanation of what was going to happen prior to us getting a few hours rest. Once all of the paperwork was signed and cannula was in we had chance for a few hours sleep before being woken up by the nurses to get ready for all of my pre op meetings with the psychologist, dietician, cardiology doctor, chest doctor etc, the girls and I where accompanied by Doğancan and Filiz THST patient coordinators who kept us entertained and directed us to who we needed to see next. I am still amazed at how thorough all of the investigations are prior to surgery.
Once all of the consultations were done it was then time to meet Dr.Umut who was so kind and friendly, immediately putting me at ease and answering any questions I had prior to surgery. I had a few hours wait before going down to my endoscopy where Filiz held my hand and reassured me as I got extremely nervous at this point, all of the nurses I met down in this part of the hospital where really lovely and reassuring as well which helped. By the time I briefly woke up from the sedation I was being wheeled around to have my surgery, the next thing you know I was waking up back in my room.
All throughout my stay in the hospital the nurses, THST patient coordinators; Hamza ,Doğancan, Filiz, Mert etc where so attentive and would nip in to check I was doing ok. Before being discharged I met with another dietician Tutku who explained the dietary requirements clearly for me following surgery and gave me my shakes, I had all of my medication explained to me (what to start and when), all of my fit to fly paperwork, copy of blood results, discharge summary given to me.
On the day of discharge from the hospital the nurses came and removed my drain following approval from Dr.Umut after a successful leak test as well as changed my dressings and was told to have a shower and get ready for the transfer to the hotel. I was so sad to be leaving all of the kind nurses and THST patient coordinators but it was made easier by the kind wishes and goodbye hugs from them all.
By the time we got to the hotel I was so tired so spent the rest of the day relaxing before getting a few hours sleep before being picked up in the early hours for the transfer back to Antalya airport.

To say my experience was excellent doesn't do The Health Store Turkey justice. I had a gastric sleeve on the 15th of November in Izmir under Dr. Emre. He was truly professional and always came to see me with a smile. The hospital was very clean and staff there were very tentative and most spoke some English which was very comforting being so far from home. However, the biggest credit has to go to the Health Store Turkey staff especially Anil, Tuktu, Misra and Begum who were always by my side making sure I understood everything and explaining anything I did not and ensuring i was supported when i was nervous or not feeling the best. Your support was one in a million. Further special mention to Jackie my liason person in Northern Ireland thanks for everything ❤️ Karen

This company is great! They check on you 24/7 and make sure you have everything you need and tell you every step of the way. They will go above and beyond for you, also Dr umet was great checking on me daily which you wouldn't get back at home. It was like a home from home. Would recommend 1000% for a gastric sleeve.

Very thorough, Very clean, Very efficient and nothing is too much to ask. The staff are fabulous, nothing is too much for them. All preop tests are covered and you meet a variety of professionals, it can feel overwhelming but just go with the flow there is nothing to be scared of! I recently had a gastric sleeve with Dr Emer.e this Dr has an exceptional bedside manner, happy to listen and discuss any concerns I had put my mind at ease and has an excellent bedside manner with patients. The team of coordinators cannot do enough for you and your companion. My mother didn’t want to leave we were both looked after 1st class from start to finish. A big shout out to each and every one of them Anil Deniz . Tuku nalkacan, Odeday kivanc,Atez and Elif. I can’t highly recommend them enough

What amazing staff the care and how well you are looked after they go above and beyond a big massive thank you especially to mirsa who bought me and my companion and on a tour today I would definitely give them a five star for the care and after care you get and how well you are treated

The care & attention of all Medical Teamwas excellent. I'm so glad I chose THST for my sleeve OP, constantly under observation & questions answered without hesitation. I booked through our Belfast Coordinator Jackie Drummond with an escorted trip, her help & support for all of us girls was second to none just brilliant! I would highly recommend THST you won't be disappointed!

After two years, if not longer, on being indecisive about if I could do this or not, I got the push I needed when both my Dad's passed away earlier this year and realising I wanted a better life for my baby and I... After speaking with a few people I knew who had a gastric sleeve done with different companies and one with The Health Store Turkey, I started my research, checked prices and reviews in the UK, Poland and Turkey. THST wasn't the cheapest but that's not what I was looking for, I wanted to go with a company I could trust with my life! One where I know someone who's been there and I can see the results first hand, when you read the reviews and see for yourself how much they change lives. All the staff (In Antalya) from the patient coordinators, all of them, D (who was by my side going down to surgery, distracting me from my thoughts), Filiz, Hamza and the others, the hospital staff, nurses, Rose, AJ and Julieann to name a few and off course the Surgeon Dr. Umut Riza Gunduz and all THST Team. Before and after surgery the treatment was just as good, it was less scarier than I thought it was going to be and I was on my own and a lot less painful than I was expecting as well, which really surprised me as I'm terrible with pain. After discharge I was sent to a hotel which was really nice for one day and night before travelling home today. Nothing was too big or small while your there for them to help you with, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you

The staff at the hospital (Antalya) and THST team all brilliant. I was really dead set against going abroad for surgery but people said this company were great. I did my research, alot of research and this company still came up tops. So I took a chance and I am so glad I did. Everything is explained at each stage, there's always someone there to ask questions, they actually care about you. They only do a few surgeries per week so that they can look after you properly. If you are thinking of going away to have surgery (I had a gastric sleeve and gallbladder removal) then please use this company. You will be well looked after. Go for it and good luck.

5 star service, the best & they know what they are doing. The booked everything for me, allowing me to focus on other things. And the staff are so lovely as well. Actually the cleaners come to clean twice a day, the hospital is very clean.

The staff were absolutely incredible nothing was ever too much for them, they made the process so stress free and were genuinely always there for myself. Jackie Drummond is absolutely amazing at what she does from the minute you meet Jackie your put at so much ease and just knowing that no matter what time of the day/night it is Jackie was there for us all. The hospital was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend THST enough for anyone thinking of using this company just do it! You won’t regret it

I returned home from Antalya yesterday after having my gastric sleeve procedure.
The hospital and staff were so efficient from start to finish.
I was met at the airport by my driver who took me to the hospital, it was quite a long drive, about an hour, but the car was comfy and spacious, and the driver gave me some water.
I was then met by a patient coordinator who took me to my room, talked me through some forms that I needed to sign the took me for an x-ray.
I then had bloods taken, an ECG and the cannula put in.
I got to sleep quite late, about 3am, as my flight had been delayed. I was woken at 8am to see the cardiologist, dietician, phycologist, had an ultrasound, saw another doctor about my asthma, then was taken for surgery at about 10am.
Coming around from the anaesthetic was different from what I’d previously experienced in the UK. Instead of naturally waking up someone was shaking me and I still had the pipe down my throat, which was frightening. I was also topless on the table, surrounded by a lot of people, including male translators, which wasn’t very nice to be honest.
The 24 hours after that is a bit of a blur but I know that all the staff were efficient, professional and kind.
I was in a lot of pain and I personally felt that the pain relief administered could have been better. One of the translators managed to persuade a nurse to give me a shot of something other than paracetamol, which really did ease the pain and I was then able to sleep. I drank some water, which thankfully stayed down.
The next day I felt so much better, not much pain at all, thank goodness.
I had water, apple juice protein shake, all of which stayed down, thankfully!
My drain and drip was removed, I had a shower, spoke to the dietician about the diet plan, then waited to be discharged.
I waited a long time to be discharged, having been told 12 mid day, then 2pm I eventually left the hospital at 5.30pm.
The hotel was clean and pleasant, hospital staff came to the hotel in the evening to answer any questions about being discharged. I also received my fit to fly info.
I was picked up at 11am from the hotel and taken to the airport.
I would definitely recommend the Health Store Turkey. Everything was explained really well and plenty of time and opportunity was given to ask questions.

I took the plunge and booked a breast reduction and lift after a good friend of mine had a gastric sleeve done with The Health Store Turkey, I was impressed with what she told me about the care she received during her stay at Izmir, and her results. From the moment I got in touch with them they asked for photos to see if I qualified for this operation, they assured me I was an ideal candidate so I got it booked up, we had great communication I sent over a deposit, and counted down the days to my big day.
September the 18th was upon me, I wasn’t nervous more excited to get rid of my massive uncomfortable breasts, once landed we was greeted by a executive transfer vehicle, when I landed they told me they are waiting for me, offered us refreshments and drive us to the hospital, we was greeted by an English patient co-ordinator who was extremely professional and friendly, we sat and done some paper work before being taken to my room, a large clean room with en-suite bathroom, a bed settee for my partner to sleep on and a hospital bed for me, I had tests done, ECG, a chest X-ray and bloods was taken and I met the surgeon he was very nice, and I had a cannula put in my hand, we signed some forms that was explained to us, then settled in, there was kettle in the room, and a television with Netflix on.
We went down stairs and sat outside in the hospital cafe, and was both offered the hospital food, no worse than the NHS. But our CO helped us order a kebab which we had in the room, the morning of my operation I wasn’t to eat, I showered first thing then the surgeon came to do the drawings on my breast, they left me my gowns and I was first down at 9am, they came to wheel me out of the room in my bed, I didn’t feel too bad nerves wise, although I did when I got into the operating theatre, I climbed on to the bed but my nerves was met by calm nurses reassuring I would be ok, next thing I know I was being woken up, it was over pure relief but felt obviously sleepy, I drifted in and out of consciousness throughout the day, I looked down to my breasts and I had a black sports bra on and thank goodness they was smaller I was immediately happier, we had communication through out the whole ordeal via a wats app group which my partner was in on as well, they inform you of everything that has been said to you throughout the whole process, so if you missed something you could go on the page to check. My care Co-ordinators Anil and Jon was amazing they was with me the whole time checking we are ok and happy, if we needed anything.
I saw Dr Onur he was extremely pleased with the operation and showed me how to empty my drains as I was transferred to the hotel the day after the op, I had a bag of medicine and a list of when and how much to take, and the support of wats app, I was told my drains will come out 4 days after my operation. Was I in pain ? Not really, I would say discomfort, walking was a bit tender the first time the nurse helped me out of my bed but a few days later I was laying on a sun bed front down. I stopped taking the pain relief two days after my operation.
I was transferred to see Dr Onur and given my safe to fly certificate and details to give to my doctor. I thanked him for changing my life. And said good bye to the rest of the crew, my partner and 1 booked another week to rest and recover before returning to England, I am laying by the pool now writing this and to be perfectly honest u wouldn’t know I’ve had major surgery.
I want to thank THST for being so kind and professional, having an operation in a strange country is a big ordeal but they made it easy for me.

Attention to detail, staff are all very friendly and work hard to put your mind at ease. They are very thorough, clinical care excellent. I felt like nothing was too much trouble, in safe hands

The team were brilliant! I felt so cared for and everyone was so lovely. The Doctors made sure my health was good before going ahead with anything and the aftercare package is really helpful !

Absolutely recommend 100% went to Antalya had gastric sleeve , cannot believe have smoothly it all went , so stress free , from first booking to getting picked up at the airport , settled in pre operation test ,, felt so well taken care of by all the staff nurses doctors , felt in every safe hands with Dr Umut and I was .
They really couldn’t do enough for us they took great care of me and my partner ,even ordered food for him as he couldn’t get on with food provided .
The hotel after is the perfect place to relax before going home and Dr Umut and some of the team came to see us all there to check on us and to answer any questions we had before we left to come home , such lovely people , I will be recommending THST to my family and friends

I’ve just returned after getting a gastric sleeve in Antalya. I booked through the Belfast coordinator Jackie Drummond and this is when she told me about the escorted trip she was doing and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Jackie was amazing, the help and support from her and all the girls has been great. It’s been such a huge relief to have people to talk to that are going through the same thing and Jackie continues to be there for us since we have returned home. The care I have received from THST has been second to none, from the airport transfers, the thorough checks before surgery and the after care. I would definitely recommend
