I had a great time experience with THST. Excellent service, lovely staff who supported me every step of the way. I travelled alone but never felt alone on my journey. Great surgeon and nurses were also very helpful and nice. Before and aftercare is really good and I always feel supported, great communication and always a quick response to support when I have/had any questions or concerns. Very grateful and happy with the THST.

I went to the health store turkey after a lot of research and personal recommendation, I underwent dental treatments and my mum had weight loss surgery. The service was amazing and having a translator 24/7 was fantastic! We had amazing support from everyone and would highly recommend !

I don't know where to start... After so much research into the company I decided I wanted to start my journey with The Health Store Turkey.. I was very happy and impressed with the standard of communication before, During and after my operation.

I flew out from London to Izmir and the chauffeur was brilliant also... I was lucky to have him on all 3 occasions, from landing to hotel & back to the airport.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating.

I would like to put a special mention to Esra who was an AMAZING patient coordinator.

Dr Emre was very reassuring throughout the whole procedure also!

Thankyou to everyone involved in the process as it was something I haven't thought back in with any form of negativity whatsoever!

My 2nd time back with THST.... A beautiful clean hospital and lovely staff at the hospital and the thst staff are so helpful and constantly updating you on what's happening.
We have been taking to the beautiful brand new hotel perla pura in izmir and very helpful staff and very very comfortable bed (which really helps after surgery) to have a comfortable bed. My only silly complaint would be that they only have one English Channel on the TV and that's the news! So make sure to download some of your favourites 😁

Arrived on the 18th of April to have a breast augmentation the team at the Health store Turkey are fantastic fully support you through everything and the care the give you is amazing , making you feel at ease , wonderful team and couldn’t have asked for better treatment and care

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish , genuine,the staff are all amazing each and every one of them !they are at your beckon call day and night ,good understanding and communication,the results I got was even better than ever imagined ! If you’re looking to get surgery ,cosmetics etc they do it all! You are well looked after 😌I’ve been twice now and both times I’ve had amazing surgery! Having just returned two weeks ago from my third visit to Turkey with THST I am as always super impressed with the level of care and compassion whilst having my plastics done. I am home I feel great haven’t taken painkillers since day five and I am so happy with the results. Choosing to have surgery can be a worrying time but from the moment you are greeted by your driver you are in the best possible hands.

I travelled to Turkey on 26th March 24’ To embark on a revision surgery. My gastric band rupture 4 years after insertion and for the passed 7 years i have suffered from ulcers chronic gastritis and sickness. I knew that i needed some intervention to rectify and my gastro in UK indicated 3 year wait. I have by now had more than enough with my poor stomach and embarked on finding a private healthcare option that lead me to certain renound surgeon in Turkey. Dr Emre Turgut specialises in gastrology and is a experience bariatric surgeon held in asteam. After reading about his seminars and further practice with other physicians in Egypt understanding this was no ordinary bariatric surgeon my mind was made up and my surgery has now taken place. It was not plain sailing for me or Dr Emre made the clinical decision to return me to hospital in Izmir after discharge as i became unwell due to the complicated procedure i had endured, however he was quick to access the cause of the decline of my condition and was absolutley right in the new course of medication that was needed to fix this. Unfortunatley i am not any easy patient my body is sensitive and i have many allergy hence it causing an odema if it was not for him this could of been a totally different outcome. I am eternally grateful. I would like to mention the following :
CEO Nihal Terzi who without her insight into tourism health care and patient support i genuine care for her patients i would never of had my revision proceedure abroad.
Dr EMRE Turgut who is quite honestly the best bariatric surgeon with gastro background you will ever come across his expertise, analysis and patient attentiveness is unmatched.
Patient co ordinators Busra Ozkalay, Esra Celtik and Berk thank you so much for everything you did for me an so many others on a daily basis i have no idea how you do it!
Business developer and patient liason Ege Turker what a committed and compassonate person you are, your translation skills, wifi and televison tech are second to none thank you for fixing it all for me during my stay in hospital.

From the moment the enquiry was made to The Health Store Turkey to being dropped off at the airport to come home, the care and service received from the team was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always prompt with replies to any questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Our driver was very friendly and always on time, even making an unplanned trip to pick up my partner and take her to a different hotel.
On the day of the procedure Gulce and Berk talked me through the process, Gulce stayed for the entire day acting as my companion and interpreter where any language difficulties arose.
Dr Cagri Boluk, who performed the procedure, along with his team were very professional and patient and showed tremendous care throughout the entire procedure. They ensured I was updated and aware of everything, took time to answer all of my questions and reassure me.
I would highly recommend The Health Store Turkey and the medical team if you are considering hair transplant surgery. They were fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend HST, from start to finish the level of care I received was unbelievable the staff could not have been any more warm and kind. We arrived at the hospital and greeted by Burak - he made me feel at ease and was so lovely to chat with, the hospital room had everything you need was spotless clean and my husband enjoyed all meals he was given during the stay, Special thanks to Filiz who was there every step of the way during pre ops (full body mot) and surgery she spoke to me while I fell asleep. She is an angel.
The nurses I dont remember their names but every single one of them was just so friendly and made my stay so comfortable, checking in on me constantly. I have had surgery in the UK but nothing compares to the level of care I received here at the health store in Antalya, Dr Umat was my surgeon and he’s such a lovely guy came to visit before and after the surgery and I felt like I was in safe hands.
Only thing I would change would be the hotel stay, I would have felt more comfortable at the hospital not sure if it’s because it’s February and the hotel was empty but I didn’t really enjoy it. Would have preferred to just go home or stay an extra night in the hospital.

From start to finish was amazing, hospital spotless,for a companion it’s not the best for them to sleep on, also food for companion isn’t the best but staff ordered for take away if needed. Staff 💯 % amazing and caring . The only thing is better explanation on meds before discharge.Would highly recommend this company, was scared at the start but soon realised I was in great hands

I had a great experience with the health store. I had someone there at all times to answer all of my questions from the moment I started inquiring until today! And I am currently 5 days post op. I didn’t feel any language barrier witch often happens when travelling to a foreign country. I felt welcomed, well taken care of and well informed my entire stay. The hospital was very comfortable and the staff definitely tended to all my needs!. I would rate my entire experience a 4.9 and the only reason I wouldn’t give a complete 5 star is for the hotel of choice I feel like the hotel doesn’t go with the quality of the hospital and the experience the staff gave me. I felt way more comfortable in the hospital almost like I was in my own room.

This is my second time having surgery with THST and from start to finish my care has been amazing. All questions answered and explained. I can honestly say they have given me such good care, surgery was good, aftercare was good and even after going to the hotel I have felt well looked after. There are some horror stories about surgery abroad BUT I would 100% recommend THST, these are the best ones.

Such an extraordinary experience. Did my sleeve 5days ago in Izmir. Such a great team work THST has, everything was performed has planned, from arrival to departure. It went smooth the whole process. Am grateful to Dr. Emre, my surgeon, his professionalism and care is out of this world. His is keen, great listener and evaluates situations with integrity. Came and checked on me everyday until my discharge date. The whole op.team thanks a lot. The patient coordinators were always there every single moment when a nurse comes to give medication etc. They walk the walk with me and never felt alone 💚 Thanks to Fatma the patient coordinator an angel sent on earth who knew how to encourage me every time I get down and took me for walks. Such a sweetheart. Thank you coordinator Ege for being such a big support and the others. The facility is great and clean with specious rooms. The team was huge, met a lot of people along the pre-op evaluation. Thank y’all.

I had an amazing experience in Antalya with the team. Special thanks go out to Emre, Fatma, Burak and Filiz for looking after me daily. I have never experienced anything so organised which reduced any worries I had. If anyone is thinking about this procedure then they MUST use THST. Thanks again everyone!!!!

Just returned on 12th of January i went from the UK, I was there for GS/WLS everyone was so lovely from start to finish I was worried about having this surgery as I’ve had pyloric surgery when I was an infant ,however, it all went well and I would highly recommend THST. All of the nurses and staff are so helpful and always happy the hospital is so clean and they have people coming around every day to clean your room, my surgeon was brilliant Dr.Uzmani R Gunduz thank you again to all the team ❤️

Coming from the UK to Turkey for a gastric sleeve I was a little apprehensive but now I am coming to the end of my stay I could not recommend THST enough! I travelled with my friend who was also getting the same procedure done, but after meeting the staff and how caring and friendly they are, I would advise anyone who is thinking of travelling alone to go for it as you will be well looked after! Most of the staff spoke English well or if not there was someone there to translate so there was never a problem with communication, they explain everything thoroughly and do lots of pre op tests to make sure you are fit and healthy for the procedure which makes you feel more at ease. You get to meet your surgeon before the procedure, and then after the staff and the surgeon are constantly checking on you to make sure you are okay and have everything you need, keeping you topped up with meds etc. For the last night you get discharged from the hospital and go to a hotel which is very clean and quiet, to carry on relaxing before you fly home. Overall I could not fault THST and I’m glad I put my trust in them. I’m very satisfied with the level of service they provided and would definatley return in the future.

I'm Deborah from london, I contacted the The Heath Store Turkey (THST) June 2023 for a gastric sleeve, I paid the deposit of £1,118.00 required through bank transfer to a UK business account (big mistake).

6 days before surgery i was randomly placed into a group chat with 4 individuals from THST including the CEO Nihal. I was told my operation which was booked for 11th had changed, i was told on 5th that they are no longer working with the surgeon who carries out all Bariatric Operation's the surgeon who they had worked with for the last 3-4 years, the surgeon in all their Bariatric videos (turkish man black hair in a ponytail seen prior to August 2023) i was told I will be operated at a different hospital by a different surgeon who will need to be supervised by another surgeon.

If this was you tell me what would you do?

I immediately requested a refund to which to date they have refused to give back to me.
They advised the surgeon which they worked with basically went rogue.

I have proof of all my WhatsApp messages with THST and there disgusting unprofessional bullying behaviour.

My advice will be if you choose to continue with this corrupt company to pay with a credit card that way you can file for a Section 75 when they mess you around like they did to me or contact and go to the surgeon direct.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards UK since the company I transfer the money to was UK based.

I hope this review or trading standards will make THST give me back my money, I came to you at a vulnerable time in my life where all other attempts had failed or reverted.

My sister (Fiona) & I both got sleeved 5/12/23 In Antalya,yes both had the fear but rest assured all the thst team where exceptional with us both,our queries where answered promptly and honestly,lots of chat and laughs along the way,also the nurses at the hospital fantastic have to say a wee special thank you to destiny she was always smiling and happy, wuld highly recommend thst 5 star treatment
