The biggest web of scam I have ever seen.

You register with one of their sites, start getting promotional emails - the first time promotion is not being paid and you raide a complaint out you stop getting promotional emails from site that you register for, but start receiving emails from their sites you have not registered for - that is illegal.

Complaints are not handled according to UKGC regulations, deadlock references are not issued, agents saying that promotions are not issued due to technical site issues and never being resolved.

Apologies, had to update review as it was actually football I placed the bets on not horse racing as previously stated. However, still same principle behind poor customer service closing account with only a few bets made. I have sent requested information. I presume for reference number, you where refering to my ticket number with hot streak.

I think, they think the paying public are stupid, and will accept the £10 deposit refund as ok. Well not me. Update: at the the start it was normal then the emails started… they said because I used a payment method with a different name I had to prove my identity even though the name was exactly the same as it’s my name. I had 2 grand pending withdrawals and they now ask for ID proof address etc. I lost my passport so I ordered a citizens card and then when I sent it they said it’s not valid. So then I ordered a passport and now I sent everything they said they’re processing it and it takes3 business days then randomly I got an email saying they’ve restricted my account even though I haven’t used the account in weeks since the day I withdrew the money. Now they say they want to speak on the phone and told me to pick a time which I did and they never did. I’ve now built a case and I will be suing for the full amount of the withdrawals and also for the stress it’s caused me and not to mention for the being fraudulent.
