Fantastic service and the items I purchased are beautiful and really good quality. The delivery was perfect - I requested a date change and it was straight forward. The follow up to check if everything was ok was also a really nice touch. I highly recommend using the furnshop!

Just what buying online should be.
The fear of buying online, getting poor service, shoddy goods etc sometimes puts me off buying.
But this experience was excellent. Right down to the delivery drivers , who were awesome. Fantastic communication throughout the whole sale & delivery service, and the furniture arrived in excellent condition.
Absolutely no complaints at all.

Our lamp table is excellent quality…
Our lamp table is excellent quality very pleased, would have given five stars if it wasn't for the first delivery arrangements that never happened ending with a a text message from delivery team at 3.43 AM saying “no delivery.” then a phone call later in the morning to say our table was not in the warehouse and we had to wait another two weeks.

Some of the Comms about when the order would be ready could have been a bit better, but nice piece of furniture for a reasonable price and the Comms improved closer to delivery, so all good!

Delivery was on time and well informed. The product i bought was a coffee table. The design and quality is exceptional, and we are extremely pleased with it. It is a different look and already getting good comments from friends and family. Would definitely recommend.

Went ahead and placed an order for two…
Went ahead and placed an order for two types of side tables soon realised they offered a “price match guarantee” however when I contacted them they stated they could not match as they work on low margins! In the end they offered me 10% back which I accepted. I asked about delivery and was told that by the 21st Jan it would be sent. That date has now passed and so I’ve tried messaging them 3 times to no responses all week! Not impressed and after now reading the reviews this is no surprise. I’ve already purchased other items that match these tables and so really wanted these but now I am doubting these will ever be received. If no contact made by tomorrow I will be contacting trading standards

We bought a lovely table from the furnshop. We had seen this exact table for £800 in a physical shop but it was £540 here so an absolute bargain. Arrived in an acceptable timescale and we are extremely happy with it.

Excellent service and very efficient
Excellent service and very efficient . I was contacted with a delivery date which was then confirmed again the night before, along with the delivery drivers name and then again phoned half an hour before the arrival as promised . The item was as described and of good quality for the price range. I was phoned the day after the delivery by the company to ask if the delivery had happened and if I was happy with the goods. Good range of furniture and I would use them again. No hesitation in recommending them. Refreshing change to have good service.

Very pleased with my purchase from The Furnshop the only problem I had, emails they went in my junk box making the delivery longer than it needed to be.The delivery man phone to say when they were coming kept to his time and was very polite the tables were pack really well they were just what I wanted very happy 😊
