From ordering to delivery I have received first class service. The delivery gentlemen, Rubel and Surwinder, were so lovely and helpful and ensured I was happy with my furniture. Incidentally the mid century mango wood mirrors were fantastic quality.. The company's photo does not do them justice as they are far better than the picture. I am over the moon with them. They were packed and hand delivered with care. Well done The Furnshop team x

The delivery was quick, the courier called to let me know they would be with me in 30 minutes. The courier also carried up the chest of drawers, most of them just leave at the door. The item itself is beautiful, my 16 year old daughter put it together all by herself, instructions were clear. The company also checked to make sure everything was in order a day after the delivery was made. I am very impressed with the service provided.

Ordered a bed frame from this company. Money was taken from my account. This company then rang saying the bed was badly damaged. No alternatives offered and still waiting for funds to show in my account.

Every time we call the customer service team - which are completely useless, they have put us off saying to give the 24 hours every time we call - daily at present.

We cannot buy another frame due to this company having our funds.

No understanding or help from this company - order was canceled by them as they sold us goods that they could not ship to us.

Easy ordering and delivery scheduling process. Chairs arrived in perfect condition. Very good value for money. They were due to be delivered in the morning but in fact didn’t arrive until early evening. But the delivery people were very pleasant and helpful.

What a fantastic purchase - A gorgeous real leather reading chair, for a bargain price, including delivery. No installation, just take it out of the box and that's it

I bought tea table. Was very well made, proper oak wood, not a chip veneer. Looks very good in my room! The price was great too. Delivery was fine, even they unboxed for me ( as I have mobility issues) what for I am extremely grateful. Overal fantastic experience with thefurnshop. Thank you very much !
