I ordered on the CFS website. I was given a delivery date for pm but I couldn't get home before 1pm so I rang customer service to ask if it could be after 1pm.
The lady was very helpful and left
instructions for the
driver to ring me 30mins
before delivery.
When they arrived the
delivery man brought my
order into the lounge
and took his shoes off
before entering. He was
polite and helpful.
The actual cabinet I ordered is very sturdy and quite heavy.

Great communication with the company, exc delivery service, friendly guys who set the sofa up.

We ordered a bed frame on 17/11/24 for delivery on 19/11, it did not arrive, at first The Furnshop tried to fob us off saying it was the courier and it would be delivered two days later. It was only after we pressed them they admitted they not have the item and it would not be available until next year. We asked to cancel and a refund which they said would be within 7 working days. After 3 more increasingly angry calls we finally got the refund on 11/12/24. We believe they were intending to keep fobbing us off and hang on to our cash. They were frankly dishonest and we would not entertain buying from them again.

Pembroke furniture looks lovely.
I had booked the wrong type of delivery but the kind delivery man gave me help unwrapping the very well packed items.
When they rang for feedback I told them what had happened and they gave me a £10 refund for my inconvenience.i will definitely buy matching items from them again.

This was my second purchase from this company. Both times the furniture was as described and in perfect condition. Respond quickly to emails. Make sure you book the two man delivery because they only deliver to your doorstep ( outside) If you don’t book it. Great savings made too.

Nice item at a very good price. I varnish waxed the item to give a better finish as the reclaimed sleeper items come in an unfinished condition.
I had seen some negative reviews on other review sites, and I was hesitant ordering, but once I knew they were a legit firm, I ordered, I had no real rush for delivery, and it wasn't breaking the bank to buy it either. Item was delivered with 48 hrs, along with some other items from a sister shop, all well packaged, and surprisingly excellent after care, which I didn't expect after seeing the negative reviews. I will not hesitate to buy again if I see any items that I need for my house.
