Excellent product and customer service

This is the third time we have used this company and the customer service and support has always been excellent. I would recommend using this company based on my experience. We would not nowconsider using anyone else. They have provided quality product and excellent customer service everyone we have used them.

Electric ufh wire was ok

Electric ufh wire was ok, however description is very poor. After installing the wire it covered only 3m2 (laying the cable with big distances) even by seller it shall be enough for 4.5m2. Finally I had to buy another one which was by seller designated for up to 6m2 to cover 4m2.

Thankyou for your feedback. The In-Screed cables can be spaced at any spacing required to achieve the preferred heat output. So for example if you space cables close together you will have a higher output but will cover less floor area. Each cable does state its coverage on our website. So for your chosen cable the coverage options as shown are:
- High Heat Loss Applications (200 watts/m² – Conservatory/Garden Room) – 2.8 m²
- General Room Heat (160 watts/m² – Room Heating) – 3.5 m²
If your cable covered 3m² then you have installed it at approximately 200watts/m² which is the closest spacing normally used and will give the highest heat output, but will only cover the 3m² at this close spacing.

Ordered on Friday with next day delivery paid for delivered on Tuesday. Apart from that very good.

We have investigated this for you and note that the order was placed at 21.41 on Friday evening which as per our online details, has unfortunately missed the cutoff for same day despatch and therefore despatched on the next working day (Monday) for delivery on Tuesday as per your receipt. Regarding the payment of £7.50 we apologise for any misunderstanding but as explained online "For orders with a value below £69.00 excluding vat, a £7.50 fee will be applied. This is not a delivery charge but instead is a charge to cover our costs for the picking & packing labour/packaging materials, associated to the despatch of smaller orders"
We hope the product met all your expectations and would be glad to assist in the future.

Hi Ian,
apologies that we have not met expectations on this occasion. Having reviewed this it appears that when the courier attempted delivery the delivery was refused at the address. We then contacted you to confirm that the refused item will be returned to us and upon receipt a full refund will be processed. The courier has now returned the product to us and we received it back on Monday this week. Upon receipt your full refund was processed and sent. There will be a delay from us forwarding your refund, to your bank showing the refund in your account. If not showing in the next couple of days then please contact your bank. We apologise for any issues caused and look forward to assisting you in the future.
