Recently purchased a floor mop, but it developed a minor fault. I rang the Dustpan and Brush office to see if they would send me a replacement part. After a quick check on their system, they dispatched a complete new floor mop, free of charge, which arrived two days later. How refreshing to get good customer service without the need to press 1 for this and 2 for that. No photos, emails or arguments. No messing about at all, just excellent service. Thank you.

I approached the company about a replacement head for my spray mop, was expecting to have to buy one as had the mop for nearly 12 months, but very speedy response to email offering to send me a free mop head which i was very pleased with, but received a complete replacement mop free of charge. Very impressed with company

A good sturdy dust pan and gentle soft brush. Just what I wanted for cleaning up around the wood burner and catching stray ashes.

Made two purchases from Dustpan and Brush. They deliver promptly and the products I purchased are good value for money. I will not hesitate to purchase again for any future cleaning needs. Nice to purchase from a UK based company.

Bought the scrubmaster. Very very pleased with it. Excellent quality with interchangeable heads...these were a bit hard to get off initially but ok now. More than powerful enough for most jobs. Customer service were amazing when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Great selection of well made cleaning aids for those of us who find bending and stretching more difficult. Love all the telescopic poles. Great products, would recommend.

Quick delivery and quality flat mop and bucket .

We purchased some replacement duster heads for an extendable duster we have. They are excellent and out-perform the ones that came with the original purchase, in my opinion.

I bought an indoor broom and dustpan and brush. They were poorly packaged and arrived with missing parts. Shop promtly dealt with this and sent the replacement of the missing parts. The dustpan isn't flat against the floor so is not useful and the brush handle just falls off. The broom bristles are not flat either but rounded on the outside so only the middle bit brushes. Would not recommend.

I recently bought 3 nailbrushes from Dustpan & Brush in the hope that by 'going British' I would finally get a product that works well. I am sooo glad that I did, the nail brushes are excellent and look stylish as well, which is a plus when they are sat on your wash basin.
The delivery was fast and the brushes were very, very reasonably priced. Good job! D & B team.

It was a lovely surprise to stumble across this company devoted to all different types of brushes! I needed to replace our old dustpan and brush set and having no luck in local shops, I ordered two - very strong and colourful ones. I now have one for the house and a bigger one for the garden! Good service and prompt delivery. 100% recommend.

Bought a dustpan and brush thinking the dustpan was metal but it wasn't. Was expensive. I had searched on a search engine for a metal dustpan and this came up. The dustpan could be bought in any bargain shop for a few pounds rather than what I paid. Poor quality. The brush looks ok. I asked to return it but they said I need to pay postage son hardly worth it.

I needed a sturdy brush handle bracket to replace the plastic one originally supplied that had broken pretty much immediately. The item supplied was ideal, despatched and delivered quickly, thank you.

Bucket arrived virtually unpacked and smashed to pieces / flat bucket with handle off.
Refused delivery and have request refund - not replacement

Company was very informative when processing the order, disappointed with the large soft broom, constantly sheds its bristles which is annoying on white porcelain tiles, wouldn’t recommend the soft broom at all!

We ordered a window cleaning squeegee kit via the B&Q site.
The Dustpan and Brush Store kept us updated on delivery and it arrived very quickly.
The product is amazing quality and was a great price.
I was lovely to have what felt like a personal service even though the product was on the B&Q site.
Will definitely go direct in future.
