I sent my drone for repair, to be honest I thought it was unrepairable due to the extensive damage, so I was really surprised when it came back as good as new!

Really pleasant and transparent experience, I was updated regularly and repair costs were fully itemised. There was no obligation to go ahead with the repair but I thought the labour and parts costs were very reasonable. Hopefully I won’t need their assistance again, but will have no issues using the Drone Worx should the need arise!

Did everything they said they would do at the price and in the time they said they would do it. Good communication and no complaints from me. Drone happily working again.

Sent two emails and no reply after a few weeks now (checked my spam etc). Called and got an automated message saying to email? Contacted another drone repair place and had a reply back the next day. Not sure if this place is still in business but if they are their responsiveness and customer service isn't very impressive. Not sure I'd want to drop my drone off to a place I can't communicate with.

After a mishap with my Mini 3 Pro resulting with a broken gimbal, the team got my drone fixed with no issue and I got it back promptly. Thanks to Laurence and Edward for making everything stress free and communicating every repair step clearly!

I needed a quick DJI manufacturer service with a swift turnaround during a period of very wet weather...

DroneWorx managed this with ease, supplied a breakdown of tests and were very communicative.

First time i'd used them after significant issues with another UK DJI service centre, who I would not recommend...

DroneWorx will now be our company go to for service and repair.

On this experience - recommended for Enterprise Drone Servicing.

This service did seem a little pricey, but cannot fault the service! since they did a test fight and recalibrated everything, really impressed with how quick it was :)

Spot on service.

I'm new to this drone malarkey.
I was gifted a drone that had been sat in a loft for many years with bits missing.
After collecting cables, battery charger, batteries etc I finally got it flying but bno image on the tablet that was supplied.
First visit to the premises, I was advised that the tablet had just 'got old', need a more up to date tablet.
Second visit was due to a 'droopy camera'... a refurbished gimbal needed.
Once gimbal returned from outworkers, a test flight was needed for a systems check, however....windy weather delayed this for a couple of days!!
Communications all throughout, package was mailed back recorded, kite all ticketey-boo....
Satisfied completely with service!!

Quick pleasant to deal with kept me updated on what was going on with the repair of the drone will be using again

I dropped off 2 drones for repairs and one was an old phantom 2 with either a bad motor or needing new ESC board. Had them back the following week both fixed perfectly.
The communication was great, the staff were so helpful. I would definately use them again if needed.
