Badly damaged my drone after hitting a tree. I didn’t think it was repairable. The Drone Worx managed to fix it for a very reasonable cost. I was surprised and how quickly they managed to fix the drone. They responded very promptly to any emails. The drone now works perfectly. I was really impressed by their service and would highly recommend them.

Comms were great throughout. After the initial enquiry I used the UPS service which was very easy. Edward and the team assessed the damage and the quote came through quickly. Once paid the work was completed within 48hrs and shipped back after the test flight. Highly recommended.

Dropped off the drone on the Tuesday I had it back by Thursday, I don't think you can really improve on the service, plus kept me updated the whole way through

I delivered my DJI Phantom 4 Pro to the Drone Worx, and we discussed all my options. I could not wait for the diagnosis so asked for the drone to be delivered to my home address by courier. Excellent service and quick response. The repair team is very responsive and ensure you are taken care. After several weeks from my initial service enquiry, I finally decided to send them my drone and they quickly responded. All communication is via email and they keep you updated once a service ticket is generated.

Fantastic service by the Drone Worx, sent my Drone off to them on a Thursday, it was fixed and returned to me by the Sunday, considering I live the other end of the country, I can honestly say, well done and thank you.

Really good service, repaired beyond what I expected, seems good as new.

They may have replaced the outer shell or used some techniques to make it appear so (all scratches and first completely gone).

The Drone Worx recently helped us with a super-quick 48 hour turnaround (done in 24 hour to be fair!) with a faulty motor on a DJI drone. Literally meant not having to postpone a job the following week. Thanks again, great company!

DroneWorx were very competent with the repair and very responsive whenever I emailed for status. My only issue was the time it took for the repair. This was apparently due to them not having spares in their stock because DJI hadn’t made them available. Hopefully that is now resolved.
