Small problem with initial shipping (a problem with the courier, rather than Drone Worx), but once that was sorted out, the fault identification and fix was dealt with promptly and returned to me within a few days. Now working ok again without problems. Pleased with overall service.
As a suggestion for process improvement, I would have preferred to have a direct phone contact number rather than a generalised email and subsequent call-back.

First of all the drone is fixed which another company failed to do after 8 weeks so it's a win win .
Good comms with ongoing updates of the current situation of the unit you have in for repair.
A full run down of what they found and a breakdown of damage or software issues . Also a breakdown of repair costs .
Paid drone fixed posted back working perfectly what's not to like !!

Great end to end service from these guys. Drone repair was fast tracked, it was actually replaced, and sent back to my home address the day I left for my 3 week road trip in the south. Quick email and they captured the delivery and re-routed it to my first destination in Glastonbury and it was there for me to collect the next morning, not sure of the logistics behind that but Fantastic! This was a god send as it meant I could use it during my holidays. For me this was going above and beyond so more than happy. Great communication and all over great experience and would certainly reccommend these guys.

Great service from these guys. Thought it a bit expensive but drone came back fully charged, clean and new rotors along with the gimble repair. Had to chase as needed it for work but they responded very quickly each time I chased. No issue with using again

Excellent service from The Drone Worx. From initial enquiry to receiving my drone back fully working, they provided an excellent speedy service and kept me informed of progress every step of the way.

Easy to contact and arrange service and always kept in the loop at what was happening re work that needed done and price and when it would be ready Only down side was using UPS as they use other couriers before they get it and took over a week to arrive with no tracking but this was no fault of The Drone Worx. I asked if return could be with a different courier and it was back to me in 2 days using Roy Mail so yea would recommend and would definitely use again

Very easy to deal with Drone Worx, label was emailed and I packaged up drone, after assessing drone an estimate was sent which I accepted & the drone was dispatched back. Fully working again. Thank you.

After a brutal landing I wanted someone to check over my mini 3pro, I was sure it was dead in the water for sure.
A quick email of enquiry and things were quickly and clearly organised for me from printing the prepaid postage to regular updates on the work in hand.
I paid extra for a quick turnaround and drone returned in full working order within 2 weeks.
I considered charges very fair.
Would certainly use them again.

My Mavic Pro crashed in December 2023, pilot error. I sent the mavic to Drone Worx shortly after. Paid for the repair end of April and the Mavic returned within 5 days of payment.

The gimbel and camera were damaged in the crash. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I thought they returned to me a brand new Mavic Pro. Either the original Mavic body was super cleaned or they gave me a brand new Mavic body as well as replacing camera and gimbel.

Communication was faultless from the time I sent the Mavic to getting it returned.

I have no hesitation recommending Droneworx if your Mavic drone is ever damaged.

Great communication and estimate. Updated at all stages of survey, estimate and repair and drone returned very quickly as if it was not even missing. All working as it should and a very happy customer because of it. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks to all
