Realy Bad support , 2 diferente machines 6 repairs
Since the purchase, this machine has presented several problems that remain unresolved, despite having been sent for repair six times. I would like to highlight the following facts:
The first machine received was defective and would not turn on, and was therefore replaced with the current one, which has since presented constant problems.
The machine emits an unpleasant smell and the coffee produced has a horrible taste, which led me to become ill with gastroenteritis for two days.
I own three other machines in three different locations, and this is the only one that presents these problems.
Despite the multiple repair attempts — as confirmed in your email dated today, which states that the machine was sent for repair on 15 and 30 January 2025 and returned unrepaired; followed by three more returns without repair on 13 March, 21 May, and 19 August 2025; and only repaired after the last delivery on 20 January 2026 — the problem persists and has not been definitively resolved.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction, not only due to the lack of product functionality, but also because of the impact on my health.
