Had a problem yesterday purchasing a cooker on line. Contacted staff at Caravan Warehouse South Wales and they were extremely helpful in helping me solve the problem. The cooker was delivered this morning from South to North Wales in less than 24 hours from time of purchase. That is what I call fantastic service, especially in these dark Corvid times. Thank you all and keep safe.

Just like to say how friendly Michelle was and how helpful the service was too looking forward to receiving the shower tray to be able to carry on with our campervan build.

I rang up to order a boiler and additional parts on the items I was unsure on Michelle helped me and found out what parts I needed. I had daily updates after payment was made of where the order process was and received the goods yesterday. Michelle rang this morning to confirm that the Boiler and parts had arrived all I can say is as my title "What a service". Thank you.

The delivery was a day later than expected but the caravan warehouse staff chased up delivery and kept me up to date with progress.
Would recommend them.

We bought a Widney Gas Fire which developed an ignition fault within the warranty period. Once notified, the caravan warehouse was able to send out an engineer the next day, who fixed the problem. Excellent, timely service. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Found the missing inner glass pane here for the oven on my caravan for a good price. Ordered and paid on line.
3 days later the glass arrived. It was very well packaged inside 2 very sturdy boxes with bubble wrap.
No hesitation in recommending The Caravan Warehouse. Super service and will definitely try them again first in the future.
