I placed my order on 17 June 2025 and as of 6 July, I still haven’t received anything. The tracking hasn’t updated since 26 June.
I contacted customer service and clearly asked for a refund, since the company promises delivery within 10 working days within Europe. It’s been 13 working days, and nothing has arrived.
Instead of addressing my refund request, they replied with a vague message saying the parcel was “at the local post,” which is not supported by any tracking update. They completely ignored my actual request for a refund.
Very disappointing experience and poor handling from the company.
If the issue is resolved fairly, I’ll be happy to share that too.

Lovely, smart and comfortable shoes and seemingly worth the money to begin with. However, I bought a pair in May and by September the heels had come unstuck from the sole and had fallen off both shoes.

I have raised the issue with their customer service, but replies are slow and suggestions are not feasible, like getting a quote from a cobbler then going back to them to get it approved and then having to go back to the cobbler for the repairs and so on. I have asked for an alternative but to no reply.

For a pair of shoes of this price and the quality you expect from their detailed processes do not add up with a shoe needing to be repaired only 4 months in.

Such a shame and if not resolved, would not recommend a purchase.

I have no idea about the quality of the shoes. However, I have now waited for more than a month to get information about when they will be delivered. I have reached out to the company four times and I got one reply without an answer to the question about when they are planning to deliver the shoes. The other messages have no reply, I have no other information about (the lack of) delivery, and no information about how they plan to compensate me.

Update: It has passed another two weeks. The company holds that they have sent the package, but nothing is arriving. They still do not reply to messages with the requested information. Watch out for this company!

Didn't know that pretty shoes could be this comfy. :) And I love the philosophy of the brand!
