If I could give a zero I would! This man is a narcissist and is only about himself. The items that are sold from some of the resellers are bought from fashionphile and real real … and then marked up which is insane! The items from some of them are poor quality and the customer service is abysmal! If he knows you have money to burn he will take it all. Do yourself a favour and don't bother!
Just an awful person. he pretends to be a nice person. He has lost so many top notch shoppers. He doesn’t really care about you. The minute you have an issue. He will turn on you, block you from shopping. Just so childish. He doesn’t care about meaningful long relationships. He only cares about the dollar you’re spending. Some of us ladies were in the first 10 people when he first started the show and he just treated us all like crap in the end. Sad thing is I don’t even think he realizes how he treats people and how he talks to people. Just bad customer service. No morals, no value of friendship. I think her name is Kerry, she sends things that reek of cheap perfume, and sometimes just dirty and damaged, I won’t be shopping with them anymore and I will be sending an alert to all of my over 100,000 followers that I no longer shop with them. Anytime someone sends me a direct message I let them know buyer beware, this person is of the biggest narcissistic a hole on the planet. If you have a problem, you will be dumped and blocked from shopping even if you’ve spent over $1 million won’t matter.
