Superb in every aspect
Superb. Had an issue with the wi-fi connecting to my laptop for the thermal label printer. Called me back within 5 mins with an expert who fixed it within 10 mins via a screen share. Excellent customer service.
Next day delivery, great prices and people who know what they are talking about.
Glyn in tech support was a genius!

It's not often I feel compelled to log on to give positive reviews for a company, but Barcode Warehouse have been excellent from start to finish.
Problems getting the stock, but updates at every stage. Changes on our end meant we needed to return the order; we were informed and helped at every step even though it was a refund process. Can't speak highly enough.

Exceptional customer service
I just wanted to say, that although I ended up cancelling my order, as my Wife surprised me with some mats for my new car, the customer service I received was outstanding!! Charlie very quickly responded to my cancellation request & was very understanding, professional & polite at all times. I really can’t thank Charlie enough for doing an exceptional job and going above & beyond to give amazing customer service!! Many thanks & Charlie. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Feel robbed
Spent few hundred pounds and Bought 2 zebra printers in 3 years both developed exactly same problem printing blank labels or missing imprints. one of the printer is just over 1 year old and used only less than 6 weeks and not doing the job its suppose to do completely been ripped off.
Not happy at all.

Fantastic Customer Service
We've used The Barcode Warehouse for years and they've never put a foot wrong, recently however a mistake was made on our end during a returns process and Charlie went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. He put us at ease and fixed our mistake incredibly quickly. He was extremely quick in responding to emails and was always cheerful.

Extortionate Postage Fees
Just another ecommerce firm back-dooring you on postage. It doesn't cost £9.95 to post a printer cable. Went on eBay, same cable, same price - free delivery.

Horrible service no shipping
Horrible service, ordered with next day shipping, 6 days later not even a shipping notification. Contacted them twice and no answer. Filed for a dispute through paypal and I m waiting to see how this ends . NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
