Excellent

Excellent! As they did not have sufficient number of my original choice of flowers I received a phone call from a delightful lady who was very apologetic but took the time to go through all the flowers available in the colour I wanted. Having decided to purchase another variety they were despatched same day at no extra cost and they are amazing. Would definitely use them again.

Very good product

Very good product, arrived in condition in a timely manner. Postage relative cost of product - a single bloom - was a bit high, but just a niggle

Risposta di The Artificial Flower Shop

Good afternoon. Thank you for review. Unfortunately we think you have got us mixed up with another company as we only sell artificial flowers and they would not perk up in water. We also send all our orders out in strong ,sturdy boxes not plastic envelopes. Many thanks The Tafs Team
