Before I set up an account I ordered and item and didn't think I had gotten a confirmation, but my card got charged to I reached out to customer services. All I had was the date of the purchase the item and that I used Apple Pay for the order. Within an hour. I received the item before I checked my email and they in fact had told me the item had been delivered. Great customer service. They offer some really great deals.
