I love this site and their deals are phenomenal! I made an error thinking I purchased one thing but never received it. I reached out to them and they quickly responded to me. Unfortunately, I was the one who made the error, and had actually purchased a different deal. However, they were understanding and their quick response within minutes of my Email was outstanding! The products I have purchased from them are high quality and are shipped quickly.

Firstly, I know customer service. I work escalation for a major healthcare company. I had an issue with an order. I contacted customer service via email. OH MY…impressive! Not many provide customer service as well as Daily Deals. I received an item. Out of the box it was inoperable. I emailed customer service after 5pm. By 11am next day my issue was resolved via email. THANK YOU DAILY DEAL for not wasting my time. Truly, impressive.

Great experience, had a error where one of my products didn't come the rectified and refunded the difference immediately.

Been doing business for quite some time and rarely had any complaints. If I did, customer service handled them well. Rather have the product, but…So, no shipping updates from Jan 4 and Jan 6 purchases, just “label created”. And as today is the 28th, I asked about status. “Must have been lost in transit” was the answer, and “a refund has been posted”. Not lost. USPS information was they hadn’t gotten it from yet from the shipper, just “label created”. 4 items, two items I needed next week. Quick and easy refund, I will say that. They responded to my email very quickly, too… and a huge percentage of the time we are getting great deals and smooth performance. I was asked to leave a review and did!

I ordered 3 towel warmers--only 2 showed up. I contacted customer service in the evening--had a reply in the morning. I sent pictures of what I received. Within a DAY I received a credit! Amazing customer service, quick and friendly!!!

This company has great communication, I had trouble with a couple of my orders and every time I sent an email about my concerns they'd get right back to me within a day but usually within the hour. One of my orders was missing a part and another order had stopped working within a couple days of receiving it so they refunded me for both products without too much fuss and said I can just keep or dispose of the products so no need to return them which I was completely surprised by cause most companies want their products back but it can be a hassle for customers to have to return them. That Daily Deal has fantastic customer service but shipping could times could be a bit faster and I'd give the customer the option of wether they want to replace or get refunded for a broken or defective product though, cause one of the items I ordered was supposed to be a scrubber brush that extends up to 4 ft n came with attachments but the one they sent be didn't extend or was missing the parts to make it extend and I would've preferred to just have the missing parts or a new correct scrubber sent to me cause I really needed this product but Instead they just refunded me the price of the product including shipping with no need to return the original product so I guess I could just order a new one but it seems like such a waste of materials when I just need the extender part that it was missing. I'd definitely order from this company again and refer my friends and family to them as well cause they're a great company with awesome deals but just need a little bit of tweaking👍❤️😁💯.

Ads are always accurate prices are great and customer service is excellent so happy I found that daily deal! So fun have an ads pop up with surprise deals and I can order right from my phone ❤️

I have bought untold numbers of great deals from them that have all worked out beautifully, but I recently placed an order in error and had to reach out to get it canceled. Bailey was exceptionally prompt and helpful, fixing my mess up in quick order. I also love to support businesses that care for their community, and this small company gives back in a BIG way! I've purchased from That Daily Deal before and haven't had problems. Until I did. I purchased a towel warmer for around $50 as a Christmas gift so obviously it wasn't used until after Christmas. It stopped working within two weeks. Their return policy is 7 days from purchase. So be careful if you're giving a gift and not using right away. Even at two weeks I think it's unreasonable to not be able to get even a replacement. I asked if there's a company for the product I could right to and they never got back to me. I won't be purchasing products for gifts or that cost that much.

I have contacted many customer support sites, but none as good as Daily Deals!

I received a couple of night lights and they were bad right out of the box. I immediately contacted their customer service site. No long communication, no problems, they trusted me and immediately credited my account for the defective lights. Who does this? No one!

For this reason alone I’ll continue to purchase from them knowing that if I have a problem it will immediately be rectified! Keep it up DD!!

I had an issue with size and this company took care of the issue right away with no issues. I am greatly appreciative they took care of the issue so promptly!

I have made several purchases from That Daily Deal, I really prefer to help out small business. I have experienced excellent customer service on a product I received that was damaged. I was going to just chock it up as a cost of doing business but I figured let me email the support link and explain. Well support (Baylee) responded right away, asking if I may have taken a picture of the damaged piece, I was able to take a couple pictures of it and send last evening. Well to my surprise I was provided a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. Certainly shows why I prefer using small business. Keep up the great customer service and offering the awesome products. You definitely have loyal customer in me.

I ordered the "Sugar River (By Jack's Links) Original Snack Sticks" in savory herb turkey but instead of snack sticks as advertised, I received Savory Herb Turkey Stick Ends And Pieces. They are not sticks but 1-2" pieces of the ends of snack sticks. It took 6 days before customer service responded to tell me that I could send it back at my expense. I will not order from here again due to the misrepresented product and poor service when reporting the problem.

I have ordered several times from That Daily Deal. I was recently charged for an item I did not order.
I was a bit frantic, as I was afraid of identity theft, especially at this time of year. I did not realize how small their customer service department is. Once contacting me, they (Baylee) were amazing! I am beyond satisfied with the swiftness in resolving my concerns.
The products and deals are GREAT!!!
If you have to contact customer service during this time of year, PLEASE BE PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING AND KIND!!!
