Horrible experience with TGW. Still waiting for my replacement order as my first order was lost. It is going on two weeks for a very simple order that was supposed to ship over night. Calling customer service is a waste of time as they do not care about customers. Feels like since they have my payment, they could care less about a problem. Contacting the credit card company next to dispute the charge.

I ordered two pairs of FootJoy golf shoes from TGW recently and it was an outstanding experience. My shoes arrived the exact day TGW said they would and the shoes are great! I wear inserts with all of my shoes and the FootJoy shoes allowed me to pull out inner linings and replace them with my inserts. The pricing of the shoes also was incredible! I plan to use TGW the next time I need some golf shoes because it is an ethical company that under promises and over delivers.

They used to be so good!!! Problem with shipping me the wrong size last time and then not being able to figure out the return. Charged for next day shipping and half the order (the important part) was on backorder when it showed up as in stock. I'm done with TGW - plenty of other good companies out there.

Simple order process good quality stuff don’t always have your size so just check back or find something similar

Purchased 3 Nike golf shirts @ $43.95 each on sale and next day received email from TGW that they were on sale for $39.95 each. Called Customer Service(CS) and talked to a rep that I could hardly understand to request a refund of $4 per shirt plus tax. After a long conversation of trying to explain my request she said she would email my request to the "credit dept" and that they would get back to me. After several days with no response I again call TGW CS and after another explanation for my refund she said she would send my refund which she calculated to the credit dept. She also said they would be confirming refund within 24 to 48 hrs. After 3 days still no response.

Good could have more sale items.

Have ordered multiple times from TGW. Every order was fulfilled as ordered, arrive as scheduled without any issues whatsoever. I will be a life long customer. I especially enjoy their TGW shirts and shorts.....great designs and sensational pricing!

I order 2 Foot Joy shirts and 1 vest. Got the vest and 1 shirt, nobody will even reply on the missing $50+ shirt.
No longer a customer if they rip me off.

Ordered a wedge in December, they’ve lost it twice and double charged me twice. It took them three months to send the refund and still haven’t gotten the wedge.

Issue I just saw, after making a purchase from TGW in more than 2 years, is that there is now a Fuel Surcharge. My order total was $76.17, but $1.99 of that total is a fuel surcharge....total BS.

I get there's inflation, but this is dirty as hell.

The site was easy to browse and negotiate and the item I wanted was available. The only reason I did not give five stars is I was hoping to see a picture of the item I was ordering.

Great website with an easy ordering process. Tracking information was excellent and bag was delivered on time. Prices were great.

Very pleased with the quality of merchandise and quantity of choices. I ordered my spouse a Ping golf bag. He changed his mind on the color, TGW made the return and exchange easy/efficient.
