Everything had been very good for 10 years. It's just that in the last 3 purchases there were delays and I was missing a bat, which you told me I could either get the bat or a refund, and I asked you to send me the bat and you haven't sent it.

I'll be happy to assist. For order K8078050, I understand you received only one Mizuno MPL-CRBN Composite 271 Wood Baseball Bat instead of the two ordered. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. A refund or reship has been approved for the missing bat. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will take care of it immediately.
Regarding orders K8092253 and K8094757, both were received by our warehouse but have not yet moved forward in the shipping process. I have contacted the warehouse team to investigate the delay on both orders and requested that they be expedited if possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for their review. My whole experience this spring so far has been extremely disappointing, especially from a company I have loved and relied on for several years in the past. For some reason there is a problem with BOTH my shipping addresses (never had this issue before) and it will never let me process my order, even though the addresses are correct. The response time to communicate with customer service is slow. I have more issues with my account, but that is my most immediate isuse.

Been having slight issues w shipping and the customer portal as the company transitions from "Baseball Savings" to "Play Baseball" however customer service has been very understanding and willing to acknowledge the issues and remedy as quickly as possible.

Ordered baseball pants. Never received them. Asked customer service and they said its going to take 7 - 10 business days for an answer. Meanwhile, my son needs his baseball pants this weekend and we don't have them. It shouldn't take 7-10 days to figure out where my order is!

I ordered 2 pairs of the same adidas metal cleats, 1 in a size 12 and 1 in a size 11.5, along with a pair of batting gloves. When my order delivered on 3/12 I found that they had shipped me the adidas 11.5 but no size 12 and in their place were a pair of Nike molded cleats in a size 9.5 and no batting gloves. I emailed immediately including pictures and was told that they would have to do a count at the warehouse and I would have to return the wrong cleats prior to them sending me the correct cleats. (they just needed to be picked up by fedex). I had them shipped back with fedex on 3/16. It is now 3/18 and I'm told that they are still waiting on the warehouse to do their count (I was told it would take 24-48 hours and it has now been 96+hours).

This site is a fraud. Nothing is real. They'll take your money and won't send your item. I've contacted law enforcement. BUYER BEWARE! Due to the criminal nature of their enterprise, they've now changed their name to "Play Baseball," and "Play Softball." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPOSED RETAILER unless you want your money stolen.

Ordered turf shoes on Monday and paid for shipping to arrive on Thursday before a tournament and the shoes didn't ship until Wednesday with an arrival date of Monday. Contacted customer service and they refunded the shipping but that is all they could do because they stated that they are switching and combining warehouses and every thing was messed up and they could not guarantee that if they shipped another pair overnight the warehouse would get it out. Not a very good way to run an online business.

Purchased gear with the expected eta a week later. Six days later no updates. Called and was told it would ship overnight. Two days later it still hadn’t shipped or been updated. Called to cancel was told it was. Two days later got an update saying it shipped. Called again was told they would stop shipment / include free return. Was told a manager would call to update. Two days later shipment arrived. Three emails since no return label. No manager called. Thus this review. Terrible service. Poor shipping. Awful and non existent follow up.

I bought Turf Shoes from Baseball Savings through Amazon..Arrived 2 weeks later then promised on Prime..Weren’t even sent until I tried to cancel the order and then I was told they had been sent out that day.. I needed the shoes so I bought them at DSG Will return the ordered shoes to Baseball Savings.I bet the refund not be any faster than the shoes.
Don’t waste your time and money with Baseball Savings. Just go directly to DSGor Big 5

Ordered twice. 2 different accounts, they sent the wrong sizes both times. Just go to Big5 or Dicks.

This review is specific to Baseball Savings Team Sales. I have been given the run around on a custom hat order for over 2 months. And when I tell you this experience has been awful, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Not only did they avoid the fact they took an order they could not fulfill (because the company is on credit hold, which means they owe money to the company producing the hats), they fabricated a story stating the hat producer had their system "hacked" and was down for weeks.
Do not work with this Baseball Savings or tgw.com (The Golf Warehouse, Baseball Savings parent company).

Company offered guaranteed shipping by a certain date if you pay extra money. Then they take forever to ship the item and send it using FedEx SmartPost so the guaranteed just goes down the drain right from the start. When you contact them about it, they’ll refund the shipping but that’s it and won’t they to help figure out when your stuff may actually get to you. So you’re just out of luck and hope someday it’ll get back on track and eventually make it to you.
Absolutely ridiculous. Prices may be good but just spend the extra and run the other way and avoid the stress and headaches this company will cause you. Disappointed me and my kid. Awesome real awesome!

NOOOOO…I purchased a baseball bag through Walmart but shipped by the seller, which was listed with a clear picture and description of the item I expected to receive. However, when it arrived, it was completely different from what was shown. The seller, Baseball Savings, admitted they didn’t have the item in stock and claimed it was Walmart’s fault for the incorrect listing. They offered a refund but refused to provide the correct item at the price I originally paid. This feels like a bait-and-switch, and I’m extremely disappointed with the misleading advertising and poor customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. They said they would never honor that mistake and to just take the return or refund for the wrong item.
