Garbage, insanely long shipping and turn around times, terrible customer service. Shop anywhere else besides here. It like Golfsmith has opened up shop under another name.

Overnight to TGW means 2 day fedex, after 1PM, it means 3 day delivery. Typical experience as others. Needed something before my trip, picked the date that I needed for packing and didn't arrive.
Called twice, told I was going to get a refund, nothing happened. Called a 3rd time, CSM said she had to contact billing and then emailed me and told me it was ordered to late, no refund.
Bad company, use somebody else, take 5 minutes of browsing for a better experience, they suck.

This company customer service and quality control is horrible! Experiences like this gives shopping on-line a terrible reputation. Order a simple solid blue polo and received one that had been logoed. Called to see if I could get this corrected after a 35 minute conversation the gentleman finally understood. Then received a call 3 days later to ask if I wanted it refunded or replaced. I had already went through that process with the prior guy that I wanted it replaced. A shirt that I needed right away now will be delivered supposedly two weeks later. Completely frustrating and their customer support was rude and didn't really care nor apologize for their mistake! And in the midst of this my father-in-law passed away and I had to go track down a FedEx to return the screw up but they felt so generous they would give me 15% off my next order. That wouldn't even pay for the shipping and there will be no next order. Wish I would have read the reviews for this company prior to ordering, there is a reason they are rated so low.

Do not order from this place. It is the worst !
They take forever to ship anything to you. Their customer service is horrible.

Great Price on a simple item that you would think would be available everywhere. The white comfortable breathable shirt for women. Nope. Had to look at 10+ sites before finding what I needed. Fingers crossed that it fits. I’m an inbetweener of S-M.

Great place to find anything you want regarding golf. They offer a large amount of equipment and apparel to choose from. Their customer service is prompt and great to deal with. From finding what you want, paying and and receiving your order has always been a great experience.

I have been a TGW customer for ten years, So I ordered Taylormade P790 irons in April 2021and before they shipped, my credit card got hacked. I notified TGW before they had billed me to give them the new credit card number. TGW would not work with me - they simply canceled the order. No one followed up with a resolution even after I had contacted them four separate times.
NEVER again will I purchase from them

Ordered a $500 club. TGW Website advertised free 2-day air shipping via FedEx, and I confirmed that option during checkout. However, TGW actually sent via FedEx “SmartPost” (which is really The US Postal Service.). It has now been almost 2 weeks and the package is not displaying any tracking information. TGW customer service has not responded to any of my requests for help, nor have they mailed a replacement or issued a refund. Horrible shopping experience.

Kind of disappointed with my first TGW experience. My order was placed 30 days ago and I haven't received any updates. Their chat function hasn't worked for weeks. Finally called and they're now reaching out to the vendor. Regardless of fault, I think the communication should be better.

TGW is a horrible online choice for golf clubs and equipment. Their inventory control ( what is really available vs.on back order ) is one of the worst I've ever seen. Then their shipment accuracy ( sending the correct inventory for the customer order) has to be one of the worst of all online stores. I just got off the phone (2nd time) with their clueless CS group. AVOID !!!!

Great products, fast delivery, great packaging, no damage and a huge selection. Can't ask for anything more.

I liked the clothes, had to return some and the process seems fine. Only 4 starts as the shoes I received had a blemish but other than that I'd order from again. But not from Footjoy they have horrible support, TGW has been responsive and helpful.

Shipping is slow as heck, and they charge for it. They must use that ridiculously slow (and cheap) smart post. My order shipped on May 5, it's May 11 and I still haven't received it. Everyday when I check the status on TGW site, it is moved out a day. I mean really, if you are going to charge for shipping, have the decency to let people receive it in 3 days or so. For this type of slowness, it should have been "free" shipping.....

very good experience. tracking of the shipment was on point, and everything was delivered on time and all my stuff was exactly what I ordered.
