The app wasn't working at all after downloading, and although Natalia very kindly tried her best to solve it over the phone but to no avail.
She offered to ask the technical team to to look into it. Frankly I wasn't expecting much - but within a few days, it was all sorted. Many thanks Natalia!

I was unable to call someone abroad. I called customer service, and Ms. Sanna helped me to dial appropriately, and even she called back after I dial the international number in order to confirm the customer service's quality. Fabulous service, thank you very much!

I sent an email regarding a top up of the Tesco calling app for which I wasn't credited but my bank account was debited.They automatically topped up my account while conducting their enquiry.Afterwards,they refunded my credit with a letter of apology

I have chosen to write about my experience with Tesco than waste more time with Tesco. Used to be good, now a complete waste of money I was not happy with this company, my money was stolen from them £24.53 for buying a voucher and the voucher has not been received by the person with I sent it, emailed them and called them nobody can locate where that voucher goes, I ask them to locate where that voucher was I was then directed to Tesco Mobile and Tesco Mobile said I have to contact international customer service and couldn't do anything about this is how my money was missing on the air non of the two among them knows where my money went because they can not fix the problem.

I have used their service for years without many issues. Now (June, 2023) when I try to call, a message “The party you have called is not available.” Problem is, the phone never even rang once. To make matters worse, it charged me fifty pence each attempt.

I am trying to invite a friend using the referral program and my friend is not receiving the message with the link to open the account and I am not able to resend the link to him because the app is saying it was already invited. I go to status window and is "WAITING" but I can't find a link to share with my friend or to resend the message with the link that him supposed to receive from beginning. It is a nightmare and I am really disappointed. Please fix this!
LE: I have contacted customer service team on 0330 001 0257 and they suggested that my friend should open an account because in their system invitation was sent and if I don't receive my bonus in 24h - 48h I should call them back to investigate & fix the problem. Issue solved really fast! Thank you!

Tesco international calling is not as good as before also doesn't save recent calls made as before you have to go to contacts to make a call not happy

The app doesn't connect so I kept trying for 25 times calling lebanon and one in 25 it connects. Problem is it charges me for each time so by the time it connects I've run out of credit. What it does is calls, beeps and then silence- no ringtone. Lost over £30 on failed connections.

I had an issue with my credit in my account removed after 6 months which I wasn't aware as the I couldn't access Terms and Conditions in the app. Contacted customer service and I was impressed with the help I received and the return of my credit.
I advise any one experiencing issues to give them a call.

Avoid at all cost! Used to be ok, now seems like a money making scheme. Shame on Tesco! Very bad connections (repeats part of call discussion as though it's recorded, mid conversation), also, recently keep saying your card is not in use 😏

I bought this for phoning South Africa. I used it for many years but I was never happy. The quality of the call was often poor, sometimes unusable. What really annoyed me was that when I only needed to use it occasionally then it wasted a lot of money. I would top up to use it, then the next time all the credit had been lost because it wasn't used in time. So I had to top up agian. Then the next time that money was lost and wasted. My overall opinion is it is a poor service.

I have used the app for many years, no probs. But recently, the app freezes at the end of every single call! The message is 'please connect to the internet' and it doesn't wake up. I have to uninstall and re-install after every call. I am now looking for an alternative app.

Used to be good, now a complete waste of money. Does not connect to the contact telephone number, whilst abroad and app does not connect when no internet access available. Never used to be a problem. Now all of a sudden, it does not work anymore. Customer Service no help at all and not contactable over the weekend.

Bad, unable to used for calls as I needed. I needs to call doctors and they said its a premium rate so unable to use the card or app? if I need to call family I will use whatsApps as everyone else so why they not allows you to call others rather than that? plus the information about the card isn't clear as the people who are not English native won't know what PREMIUM RATE means that I can't call business such a doctors, dentist or any relative kind of business which is the main thing problem so pointless card.

Terrible service. I bought credit with Tesco because I assumed they'd be efficient and reliable. I had to make an important call to Spanish freephone number that most other services simply charge as a normal line. Then problems started.
1. I was charged for double the amount of credit I requested.
2. The app refused to connect to this number.
3. On requesting a refund , Tesco only repaid half the amount I paid. After numerous calls I was told that the total was refunded and I need to contact my bank. This would take on average 30 + minutes on hold and wouldn't necessarily track the payment. Tesco refused any other remedy despite the significant time spent on this matter.
Although the guy on the phone was pleasant etc, Tesco customer service policy and efficiency is extremely poor. I have chosen to write reviews of my experience with Tesco rather than waste more time with Tesco.

However Tesco still charges you. Avoid at all cost!
