Sanna was awesome
I was having difficulties trying to top up my account. Out of frustration I decided to close and delete my account but Sanna called me. I explained my situation. She is a very good listener, knowledgeable and very patient. In no time she managed to resolve my issue 💛

I was unable to send airtime recharge to my family and loved ones abroad. I contacted Tesco International calling and spoke to Chris. He was very supportive and helpful to address the problem. He contacted me within twenty four hours and I was able to send airtime recharge abroad.

I got the extra terrestrial help from…
I got the extra terrestrial help from Catherine which was way above my expectations from the situation or trouble l had. My banking system could approve but not allow Tesco International calling get the amount for my airtime recharge. With all the efforts of calling and speaking to 3 individuals from different departments no help was delivered and they kept on telling me to call Tesco International calling. I did so and the same person who assisted me answered the call and gave me the alternative way of recharging which has allowed me to rest instead of walking to nearby shops now l have airtime to call my beloved family who have been missing me for the past 2 days because of inconvenience from my banking system. Tesco International calling also managed to do a £3 recharge for me which confirms that their side everything is proper so what a blessing

Missing telephone credit
My telephone credit was missing and on contacting Tesco International I spoke to a chap called Riz who was very helpful, polite and understanding. On explaining my issue he told me what had gone wrong and on doing so re-installed my credit.

I called today and they didn’t waste anytime at all to answer, Christ attended to me today and he made the rest of my day, he was polite and so helpful, he ended up giving me free credit and showed me how to send airtime to my loved ones, it was a great experience and he was so patient with me, I’m more than happy

Talked with Riaz from Lancs at Tesco International Calling.
Excellent customer service from this gentleman, polite courteous informative and knowledgeable regards the app and gave great advice and answers to myself regards using it and also regards my friends and familly who will be using it to communicate with myself. The gentleman in question, Riaz, also suggested some things that I wasn't initially aware off regards it's use that would be of use and benefit to myself whilst I am abroad. Highly recommended the app and the support team that help it's customers. 10/10 , top marks .

Credit expires too quickly but the Cust service is great
Tesco credit should not really expire in 6m as calling cards are not used as much now. Rang Teso and Sanna R was amazing. Quickly sorted the issue out and cheerful while sorting this.
