Service was not good people standing…
Service was not good people standing around talking. Despite pressing assist button multiple times no one came. We ordered drinks on the QR code they took 25 mins despite seeing the bar empty.

Affordable Tuesday game . Good facilities ie American pool and arcades. Annoying that the choice of bowling bowls are spread equally !

Great staff attention
The staff were eager to help and made the day seamless. even thought there were other celebrations around, a helping hand was just a wave away. The food was nice and the bowling event was a great experience.

Poor service
We paid for one game. The students wanted another game. The offer was one game priced £4:75. We should have paid for two games priced at £7:50. The manager wouldn’t allow us to pay the difference for a second game after playing the first game. We were told we need to pay in full £4:75 for a second game. Even though the place was empty! Poor service, would avoid. Bowl elsewhere!

All staff were amazing
All staff were amazing, friendly,kind and patient with all the kids. The party food was a good choice, the kids loved the balloons modeling especially. The price was excellent.

Air con needed in booth/mics didnt work
Air con needed in booth, it was like a sauna. also mics didnt work for first 10 mins so should of got extra time. its a shame as it was for my daughters 8th birthday

Rather disappointing
No air conditioning rather hot, staff walked away when we tried to get their attention. Even when we pressed the call button we got no response.
Food didn't come in reasonable time and felt extremely rushed right at the end.

I was told there was aircon and there wasn’t. It was sweltering. The pizzas were not good for the party and the photo booth in the arcade about of order was much is something Helios were looking forward to doing.

Had a party for my daughters 10th birthday all the kids absolutely loved it. The party organisers were fun and the party food went down a treat and to top it all off was cheap as chips

It was okay but
Although the actual bowling was fun , what ruined it was the fact we were never informed on booking that there would be two birthday parties going on , I had my two special needs children the noise impacted the fun they were having as they were struggling with the noises from the parties , which I understand can not be helped but if we were informed there would two parties until x time we could have booked for a different time , then I tried to cheer them up by going to arcades to find i could not even do that as they do not take credit cards as payment which then caused two meltdowns outside .
Also no ac so we were literally sweating so bad . I can't see us going back anytime soon
