There wasn't enough staff on shift
There wasn't enough staff on shift and they were struggling to keep up with customers. It was the summer holidays and every lane was booked so I am unsure why there was 4 very young adults running everything. They appeared very overwhelmed and I really felt sorry for them. Due to this everything was running late and there was long queues. We booked the karaoke room however as the people before us had to wait so long to be seen, it delayed them and had a knock on affect for us too meaning 5 young children had to wait some time.
Also I bought pizza for the kids and it tasted like overcooked cardboard, for £12 per pizza I expected a bit more.

The bowling experience itself was good…
The bowling experience itself was good and the facilities for refreshments were also satisfactory.
However - The noise experienced from the amusement machine area was overwhelming but I do realise there's probably little you can do about that but I do know you could do something about the extortionate prices charged throughout.

The booking and staff overall was ok. We had a deal with food and the quality of food is shocking, I'll never order food there again.

Great fun bowling and the food was good…
Great fun bowling and the food was good too. Price was good and there was fun had by all. The kids also enjoyed the arcade too after the bowling.

Broken/ empty arcade machines
The actual bowling was fine, but my daughter loves the arcades and half the machines were turned off/ broken or empty. Which was really disappointing. She returned a few days later and the machines were still in the same state.

Amusement machines broken
Lots of amusement machines were not working because they were missing parts although they were still taking your credits. Manager did refund, but took some time as there were very small amounts of staff present.
