Rude staff/ poor customer service
All of the staff except 1 (deputy manager) that we encountered were rude either by ignoring us and chatting away to each other at the welcome desk, and one young women was particularly bad arguing with her manager in front of customers and raising her voice at a member of our party and then storming off. I will not be going back to this place again. The deputy manager was very understanding when I complained and apologised for the behaviour.

The staff were so friendly and helpful
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I took my four under 9 years old grandchildren there. Hadn’t been before. A lovely staff member showed me how to put the children’s names on the screen and how to set the bumpers up. Another staff member brought the food. It was a stress free experience for all of us. Thanks.

Great staffing prevented a complaint
We returned to Parrswood today after initially attending on Tuesday 17th. On the 17th we were due to play lazer tag but due to an error in the room it wasn’t available. Today when we arrived after rebooking for a second time we checked in and were asked to wait for our time. After waiting 25minutes we went back to the check in desk to discover we had been missed off our grouping by mistake. 30 minutes later than expected we were able to go into the lazer tag and had a session to ourselves. The young man over seeing the lazer tag was amazing and couldn’t have been anymore apologetic. He was extremely helpful, walked us through how the session would run and couldn’t have been any more accommodating. After some initial frustrations he definitely made the experience much better than it seemed like it was going to be.

Children allowed to climb on shared…
Children allowed to climb on shared bowling ball machine and coming into our alley. Limited use of bowling balls, they weren't shared amongst the lanes and couldn't use the size we wanted because of the large group next to us. Football was on and being watched by a party of children's parents so noise was overwhelmingly loud from party and adults cheering. It was too muchand we couldn't hear ourselves over the shouting.

Very bad experience.
We had to wait 45 minutes for a lane we had booked online after being told when we checked in the lanes would be ready in 20 minutes. We had booked two as we had a large group.
Then half way thru our first game on one of the lane the reception staff removed our game. Unbeknown to us they had moved us to a different lane away from our second lane for no apparent reason as our lanes were running smoothly. It took them 20 mins to sort the issue meaning once it was sorted our other lane had finished the first game and started the second.
The staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and took forever to communicate with each other. Whole experience when you have young children was a nightmare.

We had a wheelchair user in our party
We had a wheelchair user in our party. I had been assured that all lanes were accessible with a ramp. We had to wait several minutes, with two reminders, for the ramp to arrive. The ramped slope was quite steep and at one point the ramp came off the top of the step and was stuck under the wheelchair, taking two of us to remove it.

Good First Impressions
Decent enough experience. Refreshing to not be obliged to use bowling shoes. Scoring console easy enough to set up. Everyone had a good time and my son enjoyed his first taste of bowling. Would use here again in future.

Chaotic
Chaotic. Ball kept getting stuck in the lane and we had to use balls to clear them which affected our game. Had the call assistant button pressed 2 separate times for over 10 mins. Gave up and had to search around for someone to help.

The machine had at least few problems and wasted a bit of time to rectify which delayed our cinema!
Toilets were extremely dirty!

The bowling was good however the majority of the staff we interacted with were less than interested at one piont someone cleared our plates without asking and they still had food on them
