We checked in which was OK, got to our table , I had to ask the staff to clean it , it was very quiet so they was no reason for them to not clean the tables , glass was absolutely filthy print marks all over it , the toilets smelt , apart from that was OK

Not the best 10 pin bowling experience
The borders struggled to come up. The balls got stuck in the end gutter. The pizzas took ages to arrive. The staff didn't respond to the service request. However, once we found them and asked to help they did so.

Try somewhere else
Very slow bar service - clearly not enough staff on shift. Karaoke rooms were uncomfortably hot with air conditioning units that didn’t work efficiently enough. Very long queues at reception any help or support was needed.

A 10 for staff, cleanliness, attention and the escape room!
Me, my girlfriend and my best friend went to do an escape room. The HM Titanic was brilliant, we beforehand had to book but we did this in person with one of the staff members called Freya. She was wonderful. After we booked, we had an hour and half wait time. So we went for some food and drinks and came back, Freya was our host and she was very attentive with any help or queries and might I say great with her sense of humour. My final verdict for Tenpin are: 10 for staff, 10 for cleanliness, 10 for booking process, 10 for location and an absolute 10 for the escape room we smashed through.

Not enough staff to had to go get our drinks even tho we offered to the lane. One of the bumpers didn’t work until half way through the first game. Nut issues we’ve had before - probably needed more staff for half term- wasn’t even that busy.

Great venue just a couple issues with the lane which did get sorted but eventually we had to move lane which was annoying and lost one us a good score in their round
We will return as the venue was lovely and staff were helpful

You get what you pay for I guess
The price on a Tuesday is excellent value, but the staff seem not to care or have much urgency about doing their actual job. We were stood waiting for someone to check us in for our lane for at least 5 minutes while 4 members of staff were chatting away at the bar area. It also took almost 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the lane, which was almost a full game of bowling. We actively had to slow down and stop bowling to ensure we had not finished our game before the drinks came
