Bowling was good price.pool bit too dear for a hour.and burger wasn't upto scratch,buns seemed you had got them out of discount bin,very thin and small,burger was even smaller and dry

The experience was good but there were not enough seats for six people allocated to a lane for bowling. Support should be available for people to settle into their lanes and to use the screen and I think a staff should go round to check on customers if they need support.
The ‘eat and play’ session does not include drinks. This should be emphasised. However, the food was good, but the food was just dropped without informing the customers.

Fun escape room experience
Booked myself and child on escape experience. Did Houdini's last secret and RMS titanic. Evie was our host for both and she was great, with hints that were useful and still challenging. Houdinis last secret was the easier of the two for us. Evie went above and beyond to help us book onto a subsequent session the same evening which we really appreciated as we were only in Leeds for the evening. We had fun and these were my favourite escape rooms we have done.

Accessibility is an issue
Accessibility is an issue! Listed as wheelchair accessible on the website. We have a pram and wheelchair accessible means accessible for disabilities - I.e lift and ramp access. We arrive and there’s a lift for wheelchairs to get down the stairs it’s not a typical lift but one the folds down for the wheelchair to go onto then runs down the stairs. Why is this not allowed to be used for prams? We rang the call button for assistance with the lift and had no response. A team member came upstairs about ten minutes later clearly just going on his break. Asked if “we were the ones calling for lift assistance” so clearly they were aware someone was up there waiting and chose to ignore. Then informed us they wouldn’t be helping us with the lift because it’s just for wheelchairs. Why say the building is accessible if you’re picking and choosing who it is accessible to?

Leeds centre
Friendly staff when checking in. The facilities were clean and checked throughout the day and it was a nice afternoon activity. The 2 games we had booked took us around 45mins to 60 mins to complete.

Look. Ive been to tenpin many times throughout my years and honestly its been a joy everytime. I remember when me and friends used to go play pool after a long day. With the newer, renovations, its been even more spectacular with the options that i can have to play and enjoy after work and school. It's so convenient with its location and how central it is to get there. My only major flaw is the expense. its quiet expensive to buy drinks inside the location and rather go to the Co-op next door to get drinks as theyre cheaper and during these years and the rise of prices its just too much meaning that i visit less frequently. apart from that i would say its a joy everytime

Excellent lanes…
Visited in the morning in the school holidays. The lanes were great, staff helpful and friendly.
The only issue I have is the arcade games. I’ve visited before and had an issue with the machines taking money and it not registering. The same happened and whilst using the cash machine the money never appeared either- the manager however did sort this out but this seems to be an ongoing issue for them. Another family had the same issue whilst waiting for the money back.
