Our party of 6 ordered drinks to our lane. After 20 mins still nothing, went to the counter where the girl said she would come to our lane and sort our order as the printer had run out so didn’t come through. Still waiting 10 mins later and found same girl stood talking to her friend. Attitude from staff shocking. No apology when we finally spoke to manager to sort out the issue. Staff just couldn’t care and didn’t look bothered about resolving issue at all

Absolutely brilliant visit to ten pin…
Absolutely brilliant visit to ten pin Falkirk for my daughter’s laser tag party. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Food was great. We even added on a spot of Karaoke which the girls loved. It was a great party. Great venue. Thanks again!

Need more cheese on pizza!!
My Grandchildren always enjoy time spent at Falkirk bowling. The staff are helpful and efficient. My only complaint is about the cheese pizza, which has deteriorated. In our recent visits, there is less and less cheese. A pizza base covered in tomato sauce with invisible cheese. Very disappointing. In the past it was delicious. The kids loved it.

Good customer service
I accidentally booked the wrong date and only realised when I was on the premises. The manager was able to amend my booking which meant that the kids enjoyed their day and can’t wait to be back. Shout out to the manager at Falkirk Tenpin bowling. Satisfied customer

Too expensive for what it offers
Too expensive for what it offers and the length of time on the lanes.
Not enough bowling balls (and selection of sizes) spread across all lanes.
Pretty cool inside though and my son enjoyed it.

Been to much better
Bowling was good because of our group. However, the tables are messy and sticky. Toilets were dirty. The bar order took 45 minutes to deliver. When it arrived, it was incorrect. Very disappointing.

Great service
Great service. Staff were run of there feet but did a fantastic job looking after us. Maybe should consider getting more staff in especially during holiday seasons. Place was clean toilets were stocked. Great fun was had by all.

The food is barley edible and took over a hour to arrive after our booking.. the value fir food is great to what you get.

Bowling facilities were absolutely fine. Not a lot else.
Bowling facilities were absolutely fine! Looks like they’ve had a refresh of the seating and screens. Made the experience really good.
However, not so much when it came to the food. The first time I went, food didn’t come out for 30 minutes and it was much busier. This time, less busy and we had to ask after 25 minutes where our food was. Also, they forgot one of our drinks (1 of 3 drinks). Staff aren’t exactly friendly or apologetic either. Seems like manager is having to cover everyone’s incompetence.

Better value for money compared to the one in Stirling.
And most importantly my family always have a great time. See you again soon as we would highly recommend a visit if you haven't already been.

Staff is very friendly but very tight when with a big group
Staff is very friendly, can't fault them at all. However this was the first time I came with more than 1 person. We were 5 people and the bench and table is way too small, even with 3 adults and 2 kids.
