the staff went above and beyond helping us. It was my son's birthday, and we had booked a lane, not a party, for him and a few friends. I had brought a cake along with me, but wasnt sure if I'd be allowed to use candles etc. So double checked. The girl on the desk offered to pop the cake behind for me to keep it cool, and bring it out when we asked. I was so impressed. The food came quickly, and was fresh, and there was a lot! Will be back.

Falkurk bowling was an enjoyable day for me and my 2 5year old grandchildren staff were friendly helpful toilets were clean games were good aswell grandkids lived it ...there was 1 thing i forgot to add at no time i was there did I see any notice to register my vehicle i have received a parking ticket for parking in the car park.whwn i visited the bowling with the grandkids .staff need to make customers aware of this ..iwas disgusted to open a letter to say I had £100 parking fine

The food didn’t arrive until after the game of bowling was over, in spite of being pre-ordered, nor did the drinks and the microphones kept breaking during karaoke and staff didn’t care.

Laser Tag
The staff were welcoming and ensured we understood the rules before beginning laser tag. We had a great time. The only downside was trying to find somewhere to park.

Could be better
The lanes are very cramped if there are 6 people bowling together. We had 3 adults and 3 small children and we had to to shuffle around to get passt each other when it was our turn. Also the food took a very long time to arrive and after we queried it we were told we were lucky to get it as there was an hour wait. For such a busy period they could may be do with more staff on hand. However, the staff we approached for help were very pleasant and quick to act.

Good bowling, good pool tables and fun amusements for the boys. Thanks. Staff also very helpful and friendly, booking process easy so good, location good. If you take the car remember to put in your registration when you go into the venue, it takes 30 seconds.

Enjoyable experience
Easy to book, even when I made a mistake it was sorted promptly. Trip went well and we all enjoyed. Food was also nice and parking easy and free.

Do not recommend you ever visit their Falkirk branch you order food and drinks drinks come after 10 mins then 1 hour later they just start making your food don’t fuc*ing bring the drink if the whole order isn’t complete yet you could even get an nhs appointment before your food finally arrives after 5 attempts at begging those at the till to please make your food
