We made the trip during half term
We made the trip during half term. It was welcoming and clean. We had a great time bowling and arcades. The manager explained everything going on with the refurbishment, which is looking good. We will be back soon

Was a brilliant day out
Was a brilliant day out , staff were brilliant 👏 😀
Sadly we visited whilst they are in the middle of their refurb so was very noisy, freezing cold 🥶 and limited availability on drinks as the bar is being done this coming week.
Staff were amazing and constantly sweeping up the dust and debris but will wait for it to be finished before returning

The kids really enjoyed themselves
The kids really enjoyed themselves. The automated barriers on the lanes is a great addition (since my last visit) as it can be changed for each player’s preference. I found the reception desk difficult to find due to the refurb. Perhaps a couple of additional signs would be a good idea.

Mad day bowling
Great staff and was made to feel very welcome. Good entertainment and prices aren't bad. Was very busy and that's a good sign 😁😁

Went here today for my sons 6th birthday and was great from the start of the booking to the end the staff where amazing the manager even remembers my name when I walked on was greated,
The booking from start to finish was great and im really looking forwards to the works being finished, even had spider man join us , thanks guys

Friendly staff. Lanes pleasant to use.
The man in charge was very helpful and friendly. We needed him because of all the renovations and he escorted us up.
The experience will be much better when all the work is completed.

Bowling was ok
Bowling was ok, room around area to in lane was very small, and the overall bowling alley looks dated. It needs fancy lights, uv lights and pins, or even a different coloured light. Bar staff were extremely slow and un motivated.

Wouldn't go again
Bowling was ok if expensive. Food was a total rip off. I appreciate they are in the middle of a refurbishment but a 30 minute wait for almost inedible cold food is not acceptable. Maybe they should stick to just the Bowling.

Too expensive but a good time out.
A very costly day out and a couple of the balls were damaged. Other than that, everything else was fine. It was clean, nice staff, the lanes all worked well and we had an enjoyable time.

Excellent Birthday party for my son
Excellent Birthday party for my son, only thing is they could have warned us there was work going on and we were on the 3 lanes right next to the work so was really loud work going on even whilst the kids sat to eat there food which made it hard to hear happy birthday being sung. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful and he had a good time, just feel there could of been some warning of the noise.

Great customer service
Unfortunately due to an accident with one of our party of five on arrival we could not bowl, however the staff were absolutely amazing and made what was a traumatic experience bearable. Two of our party did bowl but we were offered a free session for all of us to come back another time. This was an example of customer service at its very best.

Didn’t let us know about building work
There was building work going on, which they did not advise us of when making the booking. This meant that it was exceptionally cold and the banging of metal against metal made it an unpleasant experience.

Great service but dodgy pin
Great service and atmosphere! Unfortunately we had a dodgy pin on our lane that wasn’t registering when it was getting knocked down though!

beware parking!
Visited tenpin Exeter for a group of 10. They said that parking was included if you register your vehicle with a device by the counter, provided by a third party. Two of us were sent a parking fine despite doing this. The machine provides no evidence and so appealing is hard. Very unhappy with the whole experience and it will influence my decision to return.
The actual bowling was fine. The place was under development so a little scruffy, and very loud, but we did have a good time. Just not good enough to justify the massive parking fine. Sorry. Tenpin, you need to tell your parking partners that they are losing you customers.
