The staff were absolutely brilliant, helpful and went the extra mile. It was not to over crowded and although nothing spectacular, the food offered was perfect for a family, bowling night

Enjoyed the bowling with my granddaughter and husband. The reason I dropped a star was the wait for our food, our granddaughter was very hungry after beating her grandparents!

Karaoke room
This was my first visit since the venue changed from Lloyd's Lanes. It looks amazing! I booked the karaoke room for a friend's 40th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The only thing I would say is that there didn't seem to be anywhere we could sit and have a drink afterwards

On our last visit
On our last visit, we were told that pool tables couldn’t be reserved, so we ended up waiting for an hour. However, when we visited the other night to bowl and play pool we saw two tables sitting empty, we were told that both had been reserved. This was quite frustrating and confusing, given what we were told previously.

Very disappointed by the customer service
Very disappointed by the customer service as we are a regular there we got the same racist treatment because we are not white especially from the girl with a red hair she makes us feel like we entered her own room or some how she’s the one who’s paying for us 😅 you have to work more on the customer service as I can see from the comments, we’re not the only one and maybe make a regular check on them because this is unacceptable

Excellent facilities, easy to set up the lane and nice touch of automatic side rails for individual bowlers. Looking forward to more visits.

The food was like half of what it should be. You had a big bun and one very small burger. The cheese was smaller then the burger. And a few chips. Was not happy with the food. Good job very ordered cheese chips has well.

I enjoyed my the morning. The building was easy to find, had a good size car park, others came on bus from town or walked from the train station. The venue and equipment was clean. The staff were professional. I will go again.

Laser tag party
We booked for a lasertag party, which in itself was enjoyed by the kids but the organisation when we got there was a bit lacking. A previous party had overrun and no one had asked them to move on, so we had to stand about while they were asked and slowly cleared out. Leaving the staff to try and clean up around everyone and also which meant our guests started arriving before we had got ready and then despite being there 15 mins before as asked, there was no real instruction and we kept having to go and find someone to work out what happens etc having never been before. So disappointing in organisation which took away from the party a bit.

not very clean
The bowling area we had was not clean and when checking in as we prebooked we did not get a smile. Was not value for money either.

Great fun!
We had a really lovely day at Ten Pin for my sons 18th birthday celebrations with family. We started with 9 of us playing Laser Tag, which was great fun. Then 10 of us had a game of bowling. Its been a couple of years since I bowled last but I really enjoyed the slightly upgraded feel of bowling now, with the option to take a group selfie for the screen and stuff. Felt like good value for money and everyone - from a 9 year old to a 77 year old - had a great time!

I like how easy it is to book in, that the staff are always helpful, the place is always clean, the food is lovely and the deals are a great way to save money. Look forward to going back.
