The experience was great once it started.
Would have been better if the staff smiled and at least acted as if they knew what was happening. My game wouldn’t start, they said I hadn’t paid, I had I booked online with a 2 for 1 birthday offer!

There kicked us out of karaoke
There kicked us out of karaoke, I paid 1 hours worth and got kicked out of 35. very poor service, we was trying to be the next Beyoncé. Very very poor with the way the managers acted. wouldn’t even give me a refund.

We had a good time, the only thing that could be improved is the balls were quite greasy so it was harder to bowl.

Arrived slightly early. Gave us our Lane number and roughly how long we'd have to wait.
Area was clean.
We had a great game at a great price.

My son had a lovely time but I couldn't get to the lanes with my disabled son who was in a pram as we was given lanes right in the middle where there was big party's I asked if we could have the 2 lanes that are separate but they said no they was booked or if I could have the end lanes
So I spent my sons whole birthday walking around
I couldn't even play bowling g because of this and I spent 100 for us all to play

No support from staff
When we arrived and booked it they just told us someone would be over soon. When the staff member came over she literally just stood there (this was 10 minutes into the party also). She didn’t direct us to fill out the forms - which could have been whilst we were waiting instead of when a bunch of excited 8 years old were running wild. She then continued to stay silent in the prep room and gave no instructions on the packs and the rules. We asked if she wanted to go through any and she just pointed at a screen. We presumed someone would essentially ‘run’ or at least support the party and the literally did nothing and did not communicate with us. When the kids came out for a break when didn’t know it was a break and thought it was over. We had to keep going to ask for more drinks instead of them keeping them topped up. The kids had fun but we thought the staff member assigned to the party would bring some energy, fun and support.
