The bowling was good, but food awful
The bowling was good. But the food is very dry and has no taste.
The toilets were filthy and a mess.
The only good thing is the price for 2 games is good, as bowling is expensive otherwise.

On time but when we got to our alley…
On time but when we got to our alley there was food on the seat and drinks on the table from the previous bowlers so I had to walk around to find someone to come and clean it up .

We felt very rushed to finish our games, with staff reminding us TWICE of our “30 minute slot” which for two games is a little ridiculous. What happenes if someone needs toilet etc ? Not to mention the people stood and stared as they waited for us to finish our games

A nice venue. Everything is clean. The self service when ordering from the bowling lanes is fast and easy to do.

Had a fun evening bowling in pleasant surroundings. Smooth check in and allocated a lane ready to go. Ordered a beer from the bar direct to our lane. Everything appeared to be clean. Nice atmosphere at 5-6pm, wasn't too busy.

More staff needed
The bowling itself was fine but when I went to the arcade with the children afew of the games and the ticket machine broke down and it took a considerable amount of time for an attendant to cone and assist us. Like over 5 minutes each time

I brought my family and played 2 games of bowling followed by a few games in the arcade, we all enjoyed the experience and would visit again, staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed a safe environment.

The bowling balls need to have bigger…
The bowling balls need to have bigger holes to make them easier to hold also not always many balls to choose from.
I asked if you do carers tickets and was told yes but they could not change one of our tickets over and refund the difference and I would need to go to the branch to book if we wanted a carers ticket which would not be possible to make 2 trips just to book bowling and does not help when we have a child with disabilities

Rushed, dirty. Avoid Sunday afternoons
Had to wait 10 mins for the lane which was dirty with food wrappers and sauce. We arrived 15 mins early and reached the front of the queue 5 mins early. Initially there were due to be 4 of us but a 5th confirmed last minute so we asked to add one person. We were refused as there was a booking behind us and we were told we'd only have 10 mins per person per game. This was fair enough due to busyness at the time, although disappointing. So we should have had 80 mins to play (4 people for 2 games). After bowling 60 mins we were approached by a member of staff and told we'd need to finish within 5 mins as there were people behind us. I went to complain and we were allowed to finish our second game. By their own (tight) rules we still had 15 mins left.
A lady came to pick up empty glasses around 30 mins in and I asked her to wipe down the table. She said yes and never came back. Table and floor stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Not recommended at all. No way worth £75!
