Not particularly happy with visit this is the 3rd visit and it’s has been slow service and everywhere is dirty. During summer holiday I took children and tables were dirty we ordered food old food and rubbish and cups last visit there bowling table had old drinks and sticky and rubbish old food - we ordered drinks to the table via the qr and they never can we didn’t even receive an apology not very happy

Our party planner brought a real sense of excitement to the experience, leading the kids with dancing and various activities such as balloon animal making. The Tenpin team were very flexible, allowing us to add another child on the day. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a great party.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing\. The area we were seated in was visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned after the previous customers\.
The food was also unacceptable\. When it arrived, some of the food, including the chips, was undercooked\. Despite eating while bowling, no tissues/napkins were provided with the meal, which was particularly inconvenient\.
We also ordered two slushies at a cost of £6\.60, but they were extremely watery and did not seem to be of an acceptable standard for the price we paid\.

Karaoke party...
We booked Karaoke room 2 for a party on bank holiday Monday. Its a fun option available at the venue, the staff were great and helpful, cost was really reasonable, but the room got really hot and sweaty. The door couldn't be open because of the volume of singing, but with it closed it was too hot. There was a fan in there, but they need to install air-conditioning and ventilation to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for customers.

It was a wonderful experience, we went as 2 adults and 2 young boys, it was our first time and we were surprised at how many activities were in such a small space, so much so, that we arrived to the bowling alley late, because we were busy having fun playing the other games!

When we came camping bowling the balls kept getting stuck and the pins were not coming up we kept having to ask for them to fix it also the chips and burgers just taste like cardboard they're so dry and they are awful.

We enjoyed the bowling but I think the price for 2 games is too much and only lasts less than 30mins.
When we got there I realized there was a deal on but it wasn't apparent online

Fun activity, near to home. Only a couple of snags - having to wait in queue, despite having pre-booked online. Also, there was food waste lying around on some of the tables, so prompt tidying up would be good.
